The wings are fresh and the service are great ??
Sadly I understand why they have 3 stars…It’s the crew working in this place out front. I looked in my bag that was handed to me and saw nothing like napkins. I ask for napkins with to go and was told- “it’s not required “…. I’m telling you people need napkins with to go food. That’s all. Some female starts yelling from the back at me to just leave. I will not go back. I DO NOT recommend this particular store because of the front crew. I definitely needed napkins…
Service was outstanding. I took my two little girls and myself to wild wings. I had 10 hot boneless wings with a side of fries couldn't ask for anything more superbly cooked tasted amazing. And my kids had two kids chicken fingers with fries and they absolutely devoured everything. Atmosphere and overall demeanor was great. Food quality was outstanding. Great place to bring your friends family kids overall outstanding ambience.
We at the Mooresville location for pre mothers day dinner. Have to say it was a great experience. The manager Kristen was great!! always checking on us to make sure everything was to our liking! we will definitely be back soon.
I love wings, but the food at BWW is simply not very good. The soda was low on syrup, they did not have the promotional Mt Dew flavor. The buffalo sauce did not coat the chicken so it mostly just tasted like dried out overcooked chicken with some sad fries. The Asian Zing cauliflower appetizer is ok. And the waitress was exceptionally polite.
GAVE THIS A 1 STAR RATING BECAUSE THERE IS NO 0 STAR OPTION! My husband, myself and my parents were there for dinner on a Friday night. Took 10 minutes to get seated in an empty dining room. Once the food was ordered, we waited...and waited. My parents food FINALLY come out after 45 minutes. Their food was cold. Sat there for another 15 minutes before my husband got his burger which we were told 30 minutes before that it hadn't even been started yet and we were already waiting for almost 30 minutes. I was told 40 minutes before my food come to the table in a to-go box that my wings were being tossed. When I finally got to the car to eat my cold wings that I waited on for a hour and a half, the order was wrong and I didn't even get the fries. My parents bill was taken care of because they were so upset, they walked out. My meal was free due to the long wait. Paid for the burger and the loaded nachos....that were not so loaded. Meanwhile, parties of people standing and waiting to be seated for over 20 minutes. MULTIPLE to-go orders went out in the time we sat IN THE DINING room to get our food. I'd say in the hour we waited for food, at least 20 to-go orders went out. I even warned a big froup of people in the parking lot not to waste their time. ITS VERY CLEAR THAT TO-GO ORDERS ARE A PRIORITY! I will NOT be dining in there again!!!
The online order was not ready when we arrived and my husband had to wait for a good bit, but it was worth it! The food was delicious.. Especially the fried cauliflower appetizer... Who knew cauliflower could taste so good??
This place could take some notes from other sports bars in the area. Takes 60+ minutes to fry wings and the restaurant is 10% full? And they were cold to boot. Go to kickback jacks. They get triple the volume and will have your order out in 10-15 min. And it’s arguably better. Not sure what’s going on. The “nobody wants to work” excuse doesn’t really apply when local competitors don’t have this problem.
Waited forever to get seated. The place wasn’t even busy and service was far from great! Some of the food wasn’t available to order. Once we got our food only half of it showed up. Had to ask for napkins and ranch. Took forever to get a refill on ours drinks. Just horrible! Use to be our place to eat with the family not anymore. Won’t be back
My girlfriend and I ordered our dinner last night through doordash but picked it up ourselves. One of the items ordered were the cauliflower wings. When we went to pick the food up they let us pay for everything, and walk to the car where we checked the bag to see there were no cauliflower wings or anything to replace them. They never once called us to let us know and would have fully let us go home knowing we were missing an item we PAID for. Not to mention all the food was freezing cold by the time we got home. (we live 13 minutes away.) They still made us pay for everything, which is absurd. I work in a restaurant and this would and should never happen. The management should be ashamed. Don’t go to this restaurant, spend your money elsewhere.
