Waited 45 minutes in the lobby waiting for my food. The girl at the register did not have her long hair tied up correctly and constantly kept flicking it around. Several times it hit food items / food areas. Finally after waiting for 45 minutes, they some how lost my order ticket and i had to tell them the entire order all over again. To top it all off, the chicken was undercooked.
WORST BOJANGLES IN TOWN. They are so rude and every time I go they get my order wrong and then get mad when I tell them I’m missing an item or the item is incorrect. The manager is extremely rude as well. No worries I’ll never be going back again. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location shut down.
This Bo’s is awesome. The restaurant was clean and staff friendly. The order was made fast and was correct. Best of all… The food was fresh and delicious. It’s Bo Time.!!
Very nice cashier, really helpful, and he gave us suggestions. Food was amazing ?.
Although at my last visit they shorted me my seasoned fries (I didn't have time to go back and get it corrected...thus why it's called fast food) they are always friendly, polite and fast. Good food for the money and kind folks working there.
The best experience I've had at Bojangles in years. Everything was so on point reminded me I liked Bojangles again!
I went there 01/17/22 around 11:00 a.m. I'm not sure. Only the drive-thru window was open but I was scared to drive my car on the ice so I got out & walked toward the window. I asked someone to ask the lady can I order walk thru but the lady at the window saw me. She told me to come to her and she took my order right there, she rang me up & gave me my order, everything that I wanted. She gave it hot and fresh❤️???? I wish I would have asked her name? she was such a nice lady❤️ I'm all the way from Florida and I lived in Morresville for 20 years and it was the first time that I've been back in about 8 years. That lady she made me feel like I was at home❤️ I don't know who that lady was but thank you lady ❤️you was a angel and I appreciate you! I got a hot fresh breakfast'at Bojangles from a lady with a smile❤️ that was so nice to be getting ready to head on the road going a Long Way drive and somebody be so nice to you❤️ just to make sure you eat a fresh hot breakfast thank you Bojangles❤️ I won't forget about you in Morresville North Carolina and the little lady at the window. Thank you so much it was just truly a beautiful beautiful experience! Oh and by the way I'm Valerie Wilson's best friend, she works for the school that's who I was visiting❤️ Thank you all so much have a beautiful day❤️
Food came out fast and was mostly accurate. Asked for extra crispy bacon and it was not, was cook but not extra crispy.

Waited 5 minutes in the middle of the road and the line never moved. The dining room was closed. Not sure if it’s because of the “sickness” or lack of employees. However; If you don’t have employees just shut down.
