After driving 30 minutes to get some ice cream knowing they close at 8pm due to covid. They decided to close their store 15 minutes before closing time (7:45) Bad management.
Ice cream is good but a bit pricey.
Decided to stop here for an Ice cream. Went through the drive through. Great service and delicious ice cream.
Went in to this location and first thing I noticed was the lights out on the donut case. Odd but may have been because they were closing early now. People were helpful and nice but still other challenges. One case was completely empty but left labels up to tempt with flavors not available. I asked for the flavor of the month which was sent to me from corporate in an email. They were out. Ended up getting another flavor which at least it was fresh and good service. I asked if the other location had the flavor of the month, they “called” them and said yes. Drove over there and that location had been closed for two hours. Not sure if they called the wrong location or what? Anyhow, if not for the food being good, this would have been a 1 score. Go to the location 6 miles up the highway for better service.

Awful management
Good ice cream but a bit pricy.
Three people behind the counter doing nothing. The woman doing the drive thru was working and the woman at ice cream was working with no help and a line. The guy with the sideways hat got his ice cream and left with people still waiting and a manager walked off to sit down with people waiting.
