The Management all the way around here at this location is unbelievably nonchalant about there mess up’s and could care less about us as the customer will never return back at this Mooresville location Kathleen Mathew’s the GM is to thank for it hope Bad Daddy takes care of the bad seeds here!

The food was phenomenal and the service was great. I love the atmosphere. Felt very comfortable.
The quality is terrible, the worst I’ve been too! I ordered a bean burger and received a chicken sandwich. None of the other restaurants nikpik over the sauces, but the manager made it a point to charge me extra for the sauce, all while being non customer oriented… even the waiter was taken back by her attitude. I should have known seeing that there score is 92 which is low. When I called about receiving a refund, the female manager said she would send me out a coupon which she never did, it’s been over a month. I believe she thought because I had vouchers that I complained often, but it was quite the opposite of why I received them. Customer service is important and food quality is as well, we need to hold restaurants to a higher standard.
I really enjoyed a quiet evening here with my son, his gf and her parents. I was apprehensive about eating here but the night turned out really nice and the food was really good. I don't do a lot of red meat so I ordered a Greek salad topped with feta and blue cheese crumbles, added seared salmon steak, with Balsamic vinegarette. Wow.
The food is always terrific but the entire time we sat facing the bar the bartender never stopped running his hands through his hair and he kept touching his face and beard and touching glasses and straws. He needs to understand he is in good service and has to work in a sanitary fashion.
This place has excellent food. All of their burgers are delicious and the pimento cheese to dip your chips in rocks. Out waiter, Jack, was super friendly and attentive.
This Fried Mozzarella with Tomato Jam Burger is just fantastic! I got mine with pickle and a side of teriyaki sauce because why not teriyaki sauce? Also the Truffle fries would have been pictured had I not in them so quickly...
I had the wings and they were delicious!! When you go don’t forget to have an awesome milkshake!!
Food is always delicious! Our waiter Jack S. was very nice! But every time I eat here the female manager always walks around like she’s avoiding our table but will go out of her way to talk to the white customers. While we were there tonight she raised her voice at our waiter about something behind the bar. She was loud enough that we could hear across the room and that was very unprofessional. I think he went above and beyond to serve us.
