In five out of five visits to this Arby’s location, they have not gotten my order correct. I have thrown away more food than I have eaten, due to not realizing this until I get all the way home with my drive-through food.It was no surprise to me today to get home with curly fries instead of the crinkle fries I ordered.However, the worst thing about my trip there today was when the young man tried to hand me my drink, a sprite, it had dark soda all over the outside of the cup. When I pointed this out to him and did not take it from his hand, he didn’t see a problem with that. I pointed it out to him again whereupon he rolled his eyes, shook his head, and turned to grab a napkin to wipe off my cup. Had I taken the drink from him my hand, drink holder, and steering wheel would have ended up with sticky cola all over them.This Arby’s is the only fast food restaurant close to my house, where I can quickly grab lunch when I work from home. After today’s visit, I will drive further from home to grab lunch from any other restaurant.I have wasted enough money at this Arby’s location.
Guy in the drive through window did not want to give me my debit card back, which was weird but not too big of a deal. After I asked for additional sauces, he made a joke about shooting me. I ordered a combo with fries and jalapeño poppers. Never had an issue with a fast food place like that before. Tall teenage guy with short brown hair and a bit of an accent. Don't think I'll ever go back.
I had to repeat my order nearly 5 times at the drive thru, when I got to the window, my order was completely wrong. Then they gave told me one price, but charged me a higher price at the window. When I told them that my order was incorrect, they fixed it and yet again gave me the wrong order. I saw the who I believe to be the Manager confront the lady who was handling the drive thru and she flat out said right in front of me, "Nah, he lyin', I heard em right, that's what he ordered". Might I mention she was texting on her phone as she was saying this. Terrible way of handling a customer complaint and the lack of customer service was appalling. They really need to have corporate come in and evaluate all their employees and keep only the ones that actually want to do their job and take pride in their work. I'll take my Business to other fast food establishments that have their processes and procedures together.
The food is great the staff is friendly a lot of people have problems with patients nowadays and customers are very rude and disrespectful to the people who are out here struggling working their butts off to make sure we have food a lot of times whenever anyone has any issues it's got to do with the customer being rude first so all of you people who have issues and have problems and who think that some of these things are quote unquote ridiculous be more than happy to put in application and help them out why don't you think about what they're going through
It is what it is and it's an Arby's. It's fast food and good for in a pinch. This specific Arby's wasn't too bad and served quickly and tasted fine
I love Arby's. I get the biggest beefy sandwich and crinkle cut fries and don't forget the cherry turnover.
Gyros were ok, but it wasn't tzaiki sauce. More like Mayo....not all Arby's taste like this
Im really tired of the rudeness! EVERYTIME I come here lately, the girl taking my order doesn't let me finish what im saying before she's cutting me off. The past 3 times I have tried to asked for FRESH mozzarella sticks. She will cut me off saying "ok I heard you what else" ....well obviously you dont hear me because not once have you made the mozzarella fresh like i politely asked. They dont greet you properly, no thank yous or your welcomes...i honestly go to this location ONLY because its the only one in town and im not driving 30 mins away for roast beef
Most times they get my order right but not this time and i was disappointed and had already been home before I realized it.
Drive thru was fast, customer service was awesome. Food was prepared with care, not just tossed together.However, the Diablo Dare Chicken Sandwich gets 1 star. Where was the spice?! Lol. It had a slight bit and I mean slight bit of heat. Couldn't take a picture because I was driving. Definitely not what I was expecting. Sandwich is hyped up, you won't need the milkshake, trust me.
