I do not want to give a bad survey & I am really sorry Emma better training needed.Sorry to say it, the service was extremely poor and the server lacked training.we waited almost half an hour for the server to take the order. another half an hour to get the food and there was no knives for our steaks. when we requested knives she gave it to us dirty. the food was warm and I had to remind the waitress that I ordered a drink that she forgot to get it from the bar. we had to remind her that we also orders salad. Received salad after the food was brought to us. we ordered the steaks well done, we got them medium-rare, we really were disappointed with the whole experience.I don't understand how this restaurant is surviving.That was my 2nd time bad experience. 1st. time we came in on a Tuesday evening. No cook, short in staff. and waiter going in circles trying the make the evening joy able to everyone. Which was understandable. Giving Applebee 2nd chance to try again. and it was ruined.Think twice before you step your foot in Applebee grill In Mooresville, NC
Exceptional, EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MORGAN, JENNIFER AND GABBY!!!We are OTR truck drivers and decided to stop in for lunch. I felt faint; those 3 ladies were by my side with water, ice, rag, fan and a chair!! I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for them and another customer!! I hope corporate read this so they will know those 3 ladies really took care of me and showed a great deal of compassion!! Way to go ladies, I will FOREVER REMEMBER YOU. GOD BLESS
We had a great dinner the food was perfect the waiter was the best he just kept coming over to table and making sure we didn't run out drinks kept the food going great guy I enjoyed my meal a lot good food good people you can't get that everywhere
The staff at this restaurant have poor customer service skills. We walked in the restaurant, the hostess didn’t eye make eye contact and continued to do sort the menus. When I asked if she had a booth available, she just ignored me and let my family and I just stand at the door. After a few moments, we just walked out of the restaurant and will not be returning.
Went for lunch at Applebee's after church today. Haven't been there in a while. The meal was perfect, my steak cooked just like I like and just enough for me. I'll be going back again real soon.
Unbelievably slow. This is the 3rd time this week I have waited 30 minutes passed the DoorDash pick up time to pick up orders. Usually by that time the customer has cancelled their order and I’ve wasted 40+ minutes. My rating has gone down and I have quite literally lost money because of this. Gas, time, possibility of other orders etc.. I never write reviews and I understand staff shortages but these people couldn’t give a you know what about it. Literally save your time and money and doordashers avoid this like the plague.
Staff and atmosphere was good, but the food was just okay. I have been to other Applebee's where the food was better.
We miss the food, particularly the Asian salad and burgers. We generally get a few drinks as well but the usual bartender lady continues to be cranky. It looked like she was arguing with other staff as well. I'm not sure she is in the correct line of work but it doesn't appear the managers care about it either. We are taking a break from this place indefinitely and reluctantly can't recommend it at this time. Such a shame.
Menu kinda isnt for me but the wife loves it great drinks food does taste really good tho
I don't like chain restaurants but this one in Mooresville has great food, good deals, and nice staff. They're open later than other places, I like going when it's quiet.
