To pricy for amount of food. Also this location must cook fries and chicken and leave under warmer. Never get fresh or hot fries.
The tomatoes in my salad were not at all fresh. No complaints about anything else.
I moved from up north and didn't have access to this chain. The chicken sandwich is probably the best fried chicken fast food sandwich I can think of. Definitely worth a try
Horrible. I ordered $50 worth of food. I ordered a five piece Wing meal and they only gave me four wings that look like they had been cooked a week ago. I paid for Zaxby's sauces and instead they gave me all ranch. I also saw a mouse outside when I was going to my car.
Ordered a Mobile order and the app says inside pickup. I get to the restaurant and the doors are locked with a sign "Dining will be closed to customers December 11th". Yet there are at least 15 customers inside eating at tables and all I want to do is pickup food. I get told you'll have to go through the drive thru with 10 cars already in line. They won't remake the food so it's warm since it was already made. Terrible service.
The food was excellent we got to sit in and eat other than that that was about it the tables werent that clean but overall great food
I hope they keep the boneless wings at this quality. All very good and fresh.
Drive thru line moved swiftly. Food was hot and fresh. Cashier was very friendly.
I love Zaxby’s chicken! The only thing I don’t understand is why they charge for extra sauces…
Only my 2nd time at a Zaxby, Love it! I had a great salad and small chicken sandwiches (can't remember the menu name). We will definitely visit more Zaxby's
