The young girls there had an amazing attitude but the wait was over an hour (we were not advised this at the time that we placed our order), our wings were under seasoned and our corn was burnt. We love this chain and it's a treat for a family of 4 as the meals are expensive but to be expensive and unenjoyable is unacceptable
This is a yummy place to enjoy chicken!. They need more staff!!, but the two people who were working there were doing a great job at keeping up! . I for one wouldnt mind getting a job here
Arrived at around 12:30 there's 1 customer in the store eating ,we ordered a set of wings , it took 35 minutes to get our order.. We had to pay a $1.99 for 5 yellow sticks of celery, there was no ice in the ice dispenser, and the drink machine need cleaned badly.. As far as the wings, they were good.. But I doubt we'll be beating a path to their door anytime soon.
Where do I begin....??? Friday night at 8:40. Not busy. It's counter service.10 min waiting at counter (no line) before anyone was sent to take our order. And that's only because a kitchen staff member finally heard us and told an employee to go take our order. 45 min to actually get the food for only 2 people. No joke. Much to my surprise, the wings were cold. So who knows how long they were sitting around in the open before they got tossed in sauce. Bone in wings were just the same as I would get anywhere else. Not exceptional at all. Fries were oil soaked greasy. I'll report back if I get sick. The good?? Wing sauce was good and the chicken was cooked. I will not be back here again at all. Nor will I recommend to anyone.
First visit was a great experience. Second visit, could only order online because dinning area was closed for lack of workers. Gentle came out to our car to confirm our order was currently being prepared, and would be ready shortly. Great customer service and food! 5 ⭐️
Love the wings, but don't know why they won't or don't hire more staff members, ordered online and it says 16-21mins, that was a lie it took them more than an hr to get my order, all they do is walk around and review the tickes at least 30 times and then my ticket was not even printed so on top of the hr that I have waited on I had to wait 20 more mins, what a ridiculous service if I could put a cero instead of a one I would, poor management.
You need to give those ladies a raise! Only one girl was in the store and she’s doing awesome
Had online order. When I picked it up it seemed light and I specifically asked if all the sides were in the bags. They said yes. Got home and there were no sides or sauces. Went back and had to wait 10 mins and they game me the sides. Then got back home and it was still short a side. Food isn’t very good. Fries are soggy and dreadful.
Very very Slow service, ordered inside nd waiting @ 45/50 mins for food. Ppl came in after us nd ordered inside received food b4 us. The quality has went down and the price has risen at many fast food restaurants, but this was totally unacceptable.
Put in an online order at this location and paid for a ranch, and asked at the window to confirm that there was a ranch in the bag and the employee working the window told me that there was a ranch in the bag however I drove away and opened the bag only to find that there was no ranch in the bag. I drove back to this location and informed the employee that there wasn't a ranch in the bag she kindly handed me 2 ranches.
