The whole lot of them need to be fire and the store needs to revamped with all new employees. I just witness the most negligent thing every in my life a young man came in for a interview because they are so short staffed. They constantly ignored his phone calls after he went to the drive thur window and explained to them he was there for his interview. This is beyond Ridiculous and someone needs to take accountability for such poor attitude and Intentional neglect. If you cannot fill staff because of your ignorant behavior then you the current employee’s are definitely the problem. Shut them down and re-staff your establishment Wendy’s this is the reason your store will continue to get bad reviews and lack of customers. FIX THE PROBLEM and get your GM involved, I mean that’s his job to make people accountable for their actions. BTW I will never revisit this location EVER!!!
Food was good but we ordered for curbside, parked in curbside spot but food never came out. Had to go in and ask for our order that had been sitting under a heater. Wendys Monroe, N.C location
I can't complain. Most places automatically put cheese on my burgers even when I ask them not to, but this Wendy's got my order right on the first try. Other places have set the bar super low though. ?
The service is fine and the food is as expected. My frustration is that 3 out of the 5 times I have ordered chocolate chip cookies, I have not received them. I do not get a receipt either and the drive thru line is too long for me to get back into to request my cookies. I wish the employees at this particular restaurant would pay more attention to the entire order.
I understand there is a staff shortage and am patient when waiting in line. I refuse to be rude when confronted with rudeness. This is the one place I can turn to to vent. I purchased a meal from this Wendy’s tonight. The staff at the window were too busy playing to pay attention to their job. My drink was handed to me as I waited for the meal. After a period of time, with a long line of cars behind me, I interrupted to ask if she was waiting on fries and she replied NO. Then she looked down, picked up the bag, flung it at me and said “here”. That was it. No “thank you” or any sign of civility. The sandwich bread was stale and already hardening. The meat was cold and the lettuce was a sliver of a vein. It was inedible. I had an 11 hour work day today and I’d like my hard earned money back.
burger was dry dry dry, ...fries cold. I wish I had checked before pulling off. I ordered a kids meal for myself, maybe they thought a kid wouldn't notice
I love wendys, but this location is sad and it has been for a while. I'd rather travel a little further to the Indian Trail location. At least the employees aren't rude, and I get the order right the FIRST time. Every time I come to this location, something goes wrong. I'm all for consistency, but not when it's consistently bad. And when are you going to go back to a regular schedule? I'm tired of never knowing what to expect with this location. Is the lobby going to be open? The drive through? Are you even open at all? Who freakin knows.
The new fry's they have are allsome. Even though they where very packed in n the drive thru it didn't take that long take my order and get my food. My order was rite and had everything that I was supposed to
I just went through the drive thru to get my order replaced which I called in and the manager tried to make me out if a lie and didnt replace it and the employees were all standing there laughing. She was so unprofessional and sloppy looking and it didnt even look like she wore a bra to work. Stop letting kids answer the phone bc whoever did ddnt even write my name down.
The $4 deal is a great choice, especially if your on the go.I am not a big fan of chicken nuggets. But the ones that come in the meal deal are pretty good.Honey mustard helps anything though. lolFood was hot and fresh. Love their french fries. Only better "fry" is the curly fries @ Arbys.Best part was the chocolate frosty. hadn't had one in many, many years. It was great. Remember getting them years ago. Tasted just as good, if not better? So the 4 for $4 is a great, quick meal if your in the neighborhood?
