I give one star for the food and service and a second star because I think some of the employees try and want to do better. Just has to be one of the most poorly run restaurants I have been to.Out of refried beans. Out of chips. 25 minutes to fill an order for 3 people. I feel bad for the large family behind us. There was one order in front of us and a steady, but not busy drive-thru.6 people running back and forth in the kitchen cooking, making food, and serving people. Looks like a cluster. Everyone doing their own thing and little organization. The young lady making ours tried, but didn't have all she needed. She was polite and apologetic.They need leadership and training. It's not a lack not employees!!
1 car is able to place an order every 5 minutes. Interior is closed, so must go through drive through. It is lunchtime, people are ready to place their orders quickly and eat. 10 cars waiting in line 30+ minutes. There is only 1 tenured employee and 1 trainee working right now at one of the busiest times of day. These people are overworked, underpaid, and desperately in need of help. Such is the case of many fast food restaurants, but not all are in this bad of condition. Management needs to make a change. Only giving 2 stars (instead of 1) because of Lia. She is willing to come into work and do more than what should be required of her. She is having to do everything by herself, in addition to training a new employee. Hire some people, treat and train them right, pay them well, and keep them around. Upper management, seriously take notes, and start giving the people who actually show up to work some recognition.
Worst Taco Bell run ever! I ordered a black bean crunch wrap supreme, there was barely beans across half the bottom. It was ordered and customized in the app, and it was not made the way it was ordered. I wish I could attach the picture. Disappointing!! I ordered a Steak white hot ranch fries for my son and there were no fries. I also customize that with no tomatoes but there was tomatoes. Needless to say I don’t think we will be going back.
Absolutely DO NOT use your app to order from this location. I ordered 3 chicken quesoritas and 4 nacho fries. I was charged for this order. When I got there to pick it up I was informed they had NO chicken, NO fries and NO potatoes. There was not a substitute for my food and now they are refusing to refund my money after giving me nothing!! This is by far the absolute worst Taco Bell I've been to. 12/10 DO NOT RECOMMENDSIDE NOTE: There are 2 locations in Monroe and both of them have done this to me now.
I give one star not more normally this place is very good but I order delivery I tell them no jalapeño creamy salsa and it’s exactly what I get I’m just disappointed because with somebody who is allergic to jalapeños whenever you give something that has jalapeño on it I have to throw it away or give it to somebody else it’s not even something that I can consume and yet whenever I order food that supposed to have without it’s intentionally put on like someone just enjoying their little joke but to me that little joke and cost EpiPen in a trip to the hospital if I’m lucky so I’d appreciate if your employees could at least read a ticket because you never know you might save a life just by reading a few extra words and following directions
I come here quite often. And most times it's a pretty big disappointment. The only reason why I still stop by here is because it's close to my house, and I like Taco Bell. Every single time I order from this Taco Bell, I order from the app. And every single time I order from the app, they make my order as soon as I order it, instead of whenever I pull up to the drive-thru window. Resulting in luke warm/cold tacos. And drinks that have been watered down for up to 20 minutes before I get there. I honestly scoured the web for the store number so I could leave a review on their actual website. I have stopped by here about four times so far, including on my lunch break at work. And every single time my food is just warm, cold, or things have just been straight up forgotten. This location used to be fantastic, but they've gone downhill pretty quickly.
I give an extra star because usually this place is great! But I went through the drive thru on a not so busy night (only two other cars), and they butchered my order. They left out a soft taco, gave me a cup of cheese with no chips, and the quesadilla was balled up and thrown into it's wrapper. No sauce. I ordered a simple tried and true bean burrito and after clarifying bean, not beef, it was filled with these nasty black beans. After working a 14 hour day, I didn't have the energy to go back. I know there are bigger more important issues in the world, but I basically received half of the order I paid for. Just sucks because this taco bell is so close to my house and has always been so great before that I tip the workers...I really hope it's not about to go down the drain. I hope it was just an off night, because I usually enjoy going here.
Food was excellent as always. The Chalupa was especially great. Did feel sorry for the ppl working there. Only had three people working. And the drive thru line was backed up severally. Had to wait a little longer than normal, but the lady gave me a coupon for free taco's on our next visit. So wasn't expecting that at all.
never again , the chicken quesadillas had no sauce in them that my taco bell usually has and that made them so dry & the tea taste like it’s been sitting too long ?
Wnet in the store to place my order on the kiosk. Unfortunately it was down these things happen. With a line forming out the door i ask the girl at the drive thru for help. She look at me looked away and without atleast calling for a manager she kept servicing the drive thru. Im over people and poor customer service. Stay home if you dont wont to do your job!
