Ordered via mobile app and this location was out of most the items I ordered. I don't fault the location however, the app I had to go through to customer support, send an email, show proof that I paid...rather than the items that were out of stock just being reimbursed to my account. I've worked in the food industry and understand how the restaurant can be out of stock in certain items... just don't have the customer going through hurdles to get their refund.Also the manager did offer me another food choice instead of emailing customer support.On the other hand, the part of the order that I did receive was the Mexican pizza. It was my first time trying this item on the menu and I'm not a fan. I didn't even eat the half of the pizza. It had barely any cheese and a ton of sauce.

This is the worst Taco Bell! I don't know if management is the problem or what. Today, they didn't have change to give me back. I don't think this should be a customer's problem. Other times, they didn't have napkins and only select size cups. Other times, only had water to drink. I feel as a customer, the food should be cheaper if this is the service we get.

My brother and I stopped by the Taco Bell to get the much anticipated Mexican Pizza that we missed so much. When we arrived we were greeted rudely by the attendant at the counter. I have never had a good experience ordering anything from the kiosk. Since Taco Bell in all their infinite wisdom decided to force people to order from them instead of at the register we had little choice. We placed our order and triple checked it for accuracy. Then we proceeded to the cash register to pay. The same rude attendant whom we met when we arrived took our cash and acted as if it were a hassle. We took our seat and waited for them to call our name. After a few minutes our food was ready and we were really excited to get the long missed Mexican Pizza at last! We opened the lid and discovered the sour cream was left off. We paid for it and adding sour cream was what made it really pop for taste. So my brother took them to the counter with the receipt. The lady who approached was the manager on duty and told my brother that it would be an extra charge. He told her that he already paid and then showed her the receipt. She then got loud and obnoxious with my brother asking him why he had an attitude when he simply wanted to get what he paid for. The manager then made a huge scene and told my brother and I to leave the store or she would call the police. He laughed and told her to go ahead. The same manager and attendant had refused to help a woman asking for some water to mix up formula for her baby just a few minutes before. All the woman wanted was someone to show her where the water dispenser was on the fountain drink machine. They were rude and unhelpful to her as well. The police arrived and we talked to them. They did not ask us to leave. In fact they were more concerned that the manager called them over sour cream than allowing them to patrol the streets and keep citizens safe. The manager is really useless as well as the attendant. They have no sense. I am also reporting this to corporate headquarters. Having worked in retail and been a manager I know this is unacceptable behavior and very unprofessional. Quite frankly I am a bit put off of Taco Bell because of the removal of several key favorites and them forcing people to use a kiosk now they apparently allow people who are blatantly rude run their stores. Highly do not recommend Taco Bell at 401 W Roosevelt Blvd in Monroe. Very unprofessional!

I can guarantee that whoever wrote a good review for this Taco Bell Location was paid. I just had my last trip to this establishment ever. Absolutely horrible and obvious that this place has no management watching over employees. I was inside and the only person at the register and after standing there for 10 minutes the manager refused to take my order and rudely told me " You need to go over there and place your order" speaking of the kiosk. I am baffled at how this place is still in business, I'm sure it's because it is Taco Bell and only for that reason. Let the pictures tell the rest of the story.... These are supposed to be shredded chicken burritos and steak crunchwraps.. This is what you get for your money at this Taco Bell

Will not take orders at the register only at the keyast. How is this better sanitation ever one pressing the same screen.

Inside the tacobell is nice, very clean. Good food. Great service. Be wary of the drive thru, they forget something everytime I go through it. This time they forgot 8$ worth of food. Last time it was the cinnabon delights they forgot.
