Best strawberry Frappuccino !!!

The coffee is mildly good but that's what you expect from Starbucks.However please do not order any food they only use the microwave and they leave it in far too long and anything with bread which is just about everything taste like rubber it's disgusting I will not be returning to this establishment.

I come here a lot to study and work on homework. The staff is super friendly and always has great recommendations. Today my phone wasn't letting the payment go through and they covered it for me. Just all around great people! ?

They’re always out of something. ALWAYS. One time it was caramel, now it’s peppermint.

My order was made quickly when I opted to skip the drive through. I think the artwork on the walls adds a nice element of warmth to the atmosphere.

Over the past several months I’ve tried to go to this location many times and when someone is actually there the service is alright — not spectacular, by any means (inconsistent flavor and quality for the same drink, getting the drink wrong fairly often, etc.) — but alright. However the primary issue is that I’m never sure when they’re open. About half the time I go they’re closed even though it says open online, but it isn’t a consistent schedule. For a while they were closed altogether, then they were open until 5, then normal hours, then seemingly randomly closing at 5 or whenever, often with briskly handwritten signs taped over the speaker box with explanation other than “we close at 5”. There have even been times where I called ahead to ask if they would be open past 5 and someone would tell me they were on “normal hours” and yes, only to have me show up at 6 and find them closed.

My order is always made quickly and without error.

They forgot my Crème Brûlée Latte as I drove through the drive through and then when I went inside I was looked at and ignored for about a minute until someone finally decided to acknowledge me. The young lady said is this it? Yep and just gave it to me as though they did not forget it in the drive thru an apology would have been sufficient. I was there for my free veterans coffee and they also charged me for that so yeah terrible service but the latte was good.

These folks are always so kind to my dog. i really appreciate the extra effort.

Delicious as always, prompt, friendly service. Inside of location was very neat and clean, no issues.
