How about NO service! We have been a couple time the past couple week and can’t get anyone to answer and take our order! Will NOT be going back!!
The service was terrible. I was there for over 40 min in 98° weather and moved stalls twice because noone was responding to pushed button and I watched several people come in after me and get served. When I was finally served I thanked them for "finally" serving me and my horrible wait and how the buttons weren't working. He only response with what would you like to order. It wouldn't have cost Sonic anything to simply say "I'm sorry".The food and drink were great though.
Yesterday, all I wanted was a shake and a drink so I pulled into the drive-thru and waited for about 5 minutes, asking if anyone was there. Never greeted. So, I pulled around and parked in a stall, thinking the drive-thru speaker wasn't working, and I pushed the red button. The banner came across saying someone would be with me. Another lady was greeted and even received her large order, still not even a "I'll be with you in a moment" for me. 10 MINUTES LATER, after the banner had disappeared and I pushed the button again, I thought maybe something was wrong with THIS STALL and went to the outdoor seating area and pushed that button. I could see people inside. After standing there for another 5 minutes in 95 degree heat, I lost patience and just left. I wasted 20 of my 30 minute lunch break here just trying to get a shake and a drink. Never again!
I had the basic hot dog meal with tater tots. It was delicious and served right to my car. My order was processed fast, no issues, and the server was super nice. Definitely a good place for fast food.
I came here TWO days in a row and both days I waited 45 mins just to not be served. There were many people who pulled up after me and they were served before I was. If you want Sonic, do NOT come to this one. The service is absolutely horrible. The people next to me ordered their food before I was even here and when I left they still didn’t have their food.
The food was great and presented so well!
We absolutely love Sonic. We often stop by for the delicious frozen treats. As a travel business owner I love trying new things on the menu so that I can give my clients suggestions about what they should try.
Chily was like 4 days old the life was so cooked out my hot dog that it was white. Service was just ok nothing great
The Sonic was short staffed as most restaurants are today. The burgers had to many toppings and it was over running the burgers making them sloppy. The tots were hot but the fries came out cold. I wouldn't stop at this location again until additional staffing resources are available to take orders and fix them timely and neatly.
I'm giving a 5 star review because I specifically asked for cheese on my Coney, and it had none when I got back to my hotel to eat.
