This used to be my favorite restaurant unfortunately the manager treated me and my mother very terribly. I came in to pick up my order I created on DoorDashToday at August 10, 2022 at 8:47 PM I ordered the country boil seafood customized it to my liking. The manager did not like the way I customize my order and they were screaming over me disabling me from speaking , They was very hostile towards me and aggressive. They would not give me my food that was already paid for. When the manager decided to give my food they decided to snatch it out my hands and scream at me and my mother very rude and unprofessional I’m not gonna Be on that type of level of disrespect with anybody with someone especially a grown man that’s something I wouldn’t even do with children but I have been so disrespected especially in my in front of my mother I have never experienced that level of disrespect unprofessional and audacity and discrimination that I have an experience in the store with this manager. This must be a mom and Pop restaurant because a manager with this level of unprofessional is is not credentialed nor qualified at all with the mental capacity of being professional and having customer service I don’t think that exist in that restaurant. Shake shack y’all need to do better and y’all need to put the right people in the right shoes that’s capable of better Professional, customer service and overall being understanding I’m very disappointed.
Shake Shake is honestly one of the most delicious restaurants in Monroe. The service is always great. Most importantly, the flavor is unbeatable. The seafood is so tasty and it is honestly such an amazing experience. I would absolutely recommend Shake Shake to anyone.
The dungeness crab combo with shrimp and sausage was very good!! Waitress was so sweet and kind too. She checked on us regularly. Hardly anyone there at about 2p. Only thing they didn't have crab crackers, nor those little tiny forks , which would have helped with the crab legs. Overall a fun and yummy meal with family.
Food was absolutely delicious. Their “juicy” seasoning mix which is basically all flavors combined is to die for. Service was lacking they didn’t even have crab leg crackers because the waitress said each server has their own and a large party had stolen hers earlier? That part was odd but the food was definitely good.
Their food is immaculate! We will be coming more often.Purchased the Crab Legs & Shrimp. The Crab Legs we’re an excellent size, bigger than I expected, the shrimp was delicious as well. Their Bloody Mary is also on-point!Erik recommended the Boiled Eggs, my first time having them in a boil, they were phenomenal!Erik is impeccable as well, just like the other reviews state!

On certain days of the week they have draft beers at great prices. The crab and shrimp were SO good. Everything was perfect and when you go, you better ask for Erik as your server!!! He was awesome ?? He checked in with us the perfect amount of times and made sure we left satisfied.
It was okay food was okay I didn't like how one customer couldn't control there kid he was everywhere grabbing stuff while me and my family was trying to eat
I’m not one to complain, but the restaurant was half empty and this was the worst food and service I’ve had at a restaurant.waited over an hour for food that tasted like cardboard, hardly any refills, a cupcake a even a kid practically spit out because of the taste, and received short change back AND still had to pay the 18% gratuity fee. Not worth the money or the gas.
