This review is for dine-in.I want to give 5 starts but I can't for 1 big reason. The prices on the menu are lower than what they actually charge. Thats NOT okay.Otherwise the inside was clean, the pizza was delicious, and they put a lot of toppings on my and my wife's pizza. I will eat there again, but I will expect to pay a little more.
Poor poor job of making pizza..you would think the cooks are allergic to cheese or other toppings.. but it's not just once it's every time.. I have left this same review on the pizza hut survey site, I have mentioned this to the waitress (it's not their fault I know that). Management clearly doesn't care.. Years ago this was a great Pizza Hut.. not so much anymore..
Went there today for lunch with a friend, and we were the only two people in there the entire time. We both ordered a personal pan pizza and it took 20 minutes to get our lunch. They have remodeled and have decided never to bring the buffet back, but soon it won’t matter. I don’t think they’ll be in business much longer unless they bring the buffet back like every other Pizza Hut around.

We always have pretty good service when we come here. We come just for the taco pizza since other locations don't have it. The restaurant itself is old and desperately in need of a remodel but the food is always good. We ordered delivery last night for the first time in years. The other 74 location used to be the only one that would deliver to us and they absolutely suck. Takes them an hour to deliver and the pizza is mediocre at best. That location is closed for a remodel or something so I thought it would be safe to order delivery since this location would be delivering. We got our pizza within 30 minutes of ordering and it tasted great. Hopefully the other location will just stay closed so we can get delivery from these guys.
My daughter and I eat here once a month on our mom and daughter day. We love it!! The pizza is always on point and the staff is very nice.
I use this location exclusively. Last order was huge for a party. Order was correct and they supplied me plates and napkins. I always order online and pick up at the drive thru. This location is in the Monroe mall parking lot - making access easy from route 74.
Love this restaurant! The food is always so good and the employees are very friendly.
I have always been to this location, the staffing has changed and since then I don’t like going due to the decline in customer service. I also work in retail and I know how difficult it may be especially during these times but simple customer experience etiquette is needed at this location. I sometimes give Pizza Hut a break due to my experience at this location and go to a competitor and come back to give them another try, but after my most recent experience I won’t be going back at all.
Met an employee named Jordan, he was extremely kind and very helpful, and extremely patient with me, definitely will be back
