Aren't jalapeno poppers supposed to have jalapeños in them and cream cheese. Sad to say I paid 6 bucks for rolled up dough. Disgusting. Some had jalapeños but all had no cheese. Someone please also tell me the delivery drivers are all lying and they actually do get the 4 dollar delivery fee. Not papa John's. Gas is expensive and the store didn't deliver the food, an employee using their own car and gas did. Also disgusting if that is so
Got a large pizza and asked to see the pizza before paying. One pizza had no cheese no nothing and was bent up. I asked what happened she said she didn't know. She said we will remake it. Got this second pizza pulled off all the cheese slid off the pizza, half the crust was thin the other thick. Pizza was not cooked entirely. NEVER EVER AGAIN I Mean THAT FOOD IS NASTY ?
Great prices and fantastic staff. Be mindful that sometimes doordash does their delivery so if it gets delivered late or upside-down.... Thank door-dash

Could it be the DoorDash driver handing me my pizza on its side after being extremely rude....like come on now, I order pizza from you guys because I don't expect it to be like this...if I wanted a pizza like this I would have ordered from the hut. Well, it's been about 2 years and I finally gave this place a 2nd chance.That was a mistake....The food was cold upon pick up, the wings were clearly BBQ first and hot wing sauce was drizzled on, as an afterthought. The Pizza was WAY to doughy (under cooked) and the cheese didn't even go edge to edge.For $30.00... do better...
Wings are freaking horrible. Little to no sauce undercooked. Ordered pepperochini peppers and didn't get any with my order. 48.00 meal just to turn around and go to McDonald's. Will not be going to this place again. Shut the place down if you can't do any better than that. This is not the first time we have had problems
Call DOMINO'S!!! Don't waste your time and money on Papa John's. I waited 2 hours for my order and it arrived incomplete. Driver said "Yeah, they forget stuff all the time! Sorry" and drove away. I called the store to ask for a refund on the missing item and he said he can't give me a refund but he can give me a "free" drink for my next order. How is that fixing anything? The drink is not free! I paid for it and didn't received it!!! And because this is the third time they mess up my order I refused their cupon and ask for a refound. Manager said he'd do what he can, well is obvious he can't do anything because I never got my refund.
