Our server Alexis was absolute awesome and saved out family dinner and birthday celebration. Due to Covid, we have not been back to the restaurant in a couple of years. The menu has been reduced significantly with noted removal of the healthier and lighter dishes. The food industry staffing shortage appears to have hit the restaurant hard - or maybe it was just today... still love the breadsticks and salad and it is still the fave restaurant for some of my family, so will be back down the road.
We had a lovely time and the service Jase gave us was superb! ? I hadn't eaten here in quite some time because they had really gone downhill, as did most places with their staff Post-Covid, but this is where my Mom wanted us all to meet up for dinner. Am I glad we did, because they have really turned things around! There was a huge crowd and we did have to wait over an hour to be seated, but it was so worth it...
Once again, without a doubt the best Italian restaurant in Monroe, in my opinion. Salad and their signature salad dressing was excellent, as always. The Fettuccini Alfredo with the extra cheese was awesome. Bread sticks with the Alfredo sauce was excellent as well. Staff was quick and super friendly. The food was ordered and recieved quickly. Definitely no complaints from me. The restaurant was clean as usual. Experience was great as it always is. Definitely recommend if you love real Italian food.
We brought a group of over 30 and Yasmin and Lauren did an amazing job! Our service was excellent not one single mistake and the food was great. They really made our team feel welcomed and we definitely will come back. Thank you ladies!
Yolanda was host however she took care of us and I be honest with y’all. She is the best server and gave us the best experience. I understand short staff but at least our actual server should have took our drink order but never did..Yolanda 100/5 stars!Our server I never met 0/5
One star is too much. Went in to an empty restaurant for lunch. Waited twenty minutes to to be seated. Since we were still waiting at the empty restaurant for twenty minutes, out large group of three people left. If you're not going to serve your customers, close so we can get a decent restaurant at that location.
Very positive experience, due entirely to great service by our waitress Sandi. We were likely a bit loud, because two of our party were very hard of hearing, despite hearing aids.Sandi was very pleasant and accurate, despite having a busy shift. Food was great and good portions. Prices were a bit higher due to it being Olive Garden. But we all had a great time and the food was great. Would definately recommend this location.
Salad was ok no cheese was offered croutons were very hard. Soup was cold. But the drink was good and the rolls awesome. Our server was great too.
My husband and I go here often on our date night. The food is excellent and the staff is great! We love to take our time eating and catching up on each others lives. The chocolate moose is to die for! Very happy to have it in our town!
Our server JERRY was amazing! Very attentive and sweet.I hope we get him again on our next visit! Our food was delicious and fresh, restaurant was clean, friendly staff, great experience overall.
