The service was great and the food was fresh. My children enjoyed the chicken tenders and I loved the Santa Fe Tilapia.
Waited 10 minutes for drinks (sodas, not cocktails), 20 for an appetizer, still waiting on my main as I feel myself aging.At least the food is coming out hot… but I can not wrap my head around while this place is open when it takes this long for service.Seeing my server is actually a rare treat. Seeing as how the restaurant is only about 1/3 full, there is really no excuse.
Liz was a wonderful server! She was prompt to take our order, kept our drinks full, and our meal was delicious and hot. We will definitely request Liz next time we are at O’Charleys.
Food was good but our waitress wasn't so good. Idk what her name is but she is African American with shoulder length hair. She had no personality and talked so soft we could barely hear her and wasn't very nice when we asked for extras.
We had a wonderful experience the other night here. With 2 kids it's hard to go anywhere nowadays. Our server Kasha was Amazing! She made sure our drinks stayed full, our food came out hot and on time, and just was on point! She was so sweet and just had the best southern hospitality! We really enjoyed our visit, and we'll be sure to be back soon requesting her as our waitress!
Loved my experience today at O’Charley’s in Monroe NC. The restaurant was very nice and clean as it always is. Brandi, our server was so sweet and made sure we were very well taken care of. John, the bar manager came and introduced himself to us and made sure we were satisfied with our meal and our service as well. The staff here take pride in their jobs. Will be coming back as often as I can!
I love eating here. my favorite dish is the fried chicken with honey. my server haley was one of the best! she got me everything I needed without me having to ask for it. great service!
I had a great time! Ms.Asia made great drinks and Hannah was very kind and ran our food. Also... Morgan assisted me with logging in to leave a geeat review for Ocharleys. Ms.Tina the service manager has amazing people skills and made us very comfortable. Regan assisted me to the restroom. The Kyerra was very hard at work and Heather made the perfect salmon. Vanessa had very nice nails and pretty hair. Service at this place is excellent.
