This is the slowest drive thru I have ever been too, sadly it wasn’t even busy. They are literally only taking orders two cars at a time and when you pull around the SAME cars ahead are still waiting on there food! This is ridiculous. Hopefully they can fix this issue. We waited for over 35 minutes from start to finish.Edited: I will compliment the cook staff our food was good and the lady who brought our food to us, thank you ?
3 weeks ago the company confirmed they were 24 hours. I showed up at 5:45 and was told they couldn't open until 6 because of staffing issues. At 6:10 I was told they couldn't open for another 15 to 20 minutes because of staff. Three cars were in the parking lot for the staff there, although I've got no idea how many people it actually takes to serve breakfast food. Not even a limited menu to deal with lack of staff.
Just sat in line for 48 minutes just to be told to wait. Wait on what? They weren't serving any customers or making any food... NO ONE was in line in front of us because they all got tired of waiting and pulled off just as we did! All 7 vehicles!! Waited another 13 minutes before finally leaving. They aren't serving any ice cream because their employees are too lazy to clean the machine #Facts! People just don't want to work these days and it is extremely SAD! We wouldn't have even came here to begin with, but all other restaurants were closed, all of them except for Burger King so that's where we went instead. Not much better of an experience there though with the vulgar music blaring out the drive-thru window for our kids to be exposed to!Burger King was OUT of BURGERS!? Wow! ?Just WOW!!!!! ?
Store is closed it seems past 12pm although the hours show open 24 hrs on google. This has been going on for at least a month now. Workers will be there late into the night and early morning but will have cones set out so you can’t actually come through and order. I’m not 100% sure if this is a store thing due to not having enough workers or just workers doing it so that they don’t have to work but it’s likely one or the other. But if you are going to close the store then change the hours on google and other sites to reflect it, it’s frustrating when I get off work late and make the drive to try and get food just for the store to be closed when it shows it’s open. I’ve even called later in the night just to see if someone answers, and when they do I ask if the store is open and they always say no. I’ve done this various times between 12-2:00 at night. Update your hours if you’re closed, or stop your workers from closing the drive thru when it’s supposed to be open.
I don't expect hot food from a fast food but I do expect lukewarm but in this case the food was cold the fish was cold my wife's Deluxe quarter pounder with Cold fries were cold. Overall experience was not good employees were carrying condiments out to the car and not washing their hands when they come back in. Poor standard practice in my Line of business. Hope the management team will pull this together quickly in order to keep someone from getting sick.
The woman at the drive through yesterday was upset about something. She then was talking about how she hated her ( bad language job ) and that she was the only one doing everyone else’s work. Then proceeded to hand me my food while still cursing under her breath. When I asked if she was ok, she then tells me it was none of my business. I told her I was gonna report her but she then wouldn’t give her name. But I hear did her someone call her Melissa or Alyssa. But please talk to her and have her to relax, I understand stand jobs can be stressful especially when they are some rude customers and lack of help but this makes me not wanna come back.
Service is incredibly slow. I don't take DoorDash orders here anymore, no exceptions. I went inside to pick up an order and saw only one lady who was stressed about getting every order together. Another lady was moving a cart back and forth to look busy. Couldn't even sit down at a table to wait because the tables were sticky and had crumbs.
Drive through line didn't move for 20 minutes backed out and left and they had no cars at the windows being served.
One drive thru line. I got a Big Mac for the first time in about a year. It wasn't any bigger diameter than a quarter pounder. When did they downsize it? It should be called a Medium Mac instead.
Thought I was finna eat a bacon egg and cheese . THEY GAVE ME BACON AND BREAD …I just feel like they didn’t care about my life today like I’m highly upset this is unacceptable and unprofessional. never again. they lost a very loyal customer .
