Had a short wait but worth it. We had a very nice cheerful waitress. We had ribeye steaks. They were cooked perfectly, after a few bites I started to feel the burn in my mouth from the pepper seasoning on my steak. The waitress ask if anything was wrong. I told her I couldn't eat anymore because of the pepper, she quickly insisted to have them cook another for me without hardly any seasoning. Since we were about finished eating, she made it to go. She had me check it first and it was much g better. She offered to box up the other steak for me to take, but I told her no thanks. She was very gracious about the whole meal.If back in the area we will certainly go back, but that want be likely anytime soon. We were picking up grand child from university. We do eat at our local longhorn in Alabama.

Don’t waste your time, I ordered a medium-rare steak an got a raw steak. Sent it back twice cause it was still raw. Got it back the third time an it was almost burnt. Our sides came out before our appetizers an when the apps came out they weren’t good. Best part of our experience was the waitress. She was really nice an sweet. But yeah we won’t be going back

Started off with our server, Emma S., who treated us like gold, personable, yet professional, always had enough to drink as she always checked on us, superb service. French onion soup was good but could have been a bit warmer; found it Luke warm at best, our dinner was great, hot, fresh, and delicious. The salads had fresh ingredients, no brown lettuce, perfect portions, and tasty. Prices were reasonable for what you receive. We left extremely happy. Would definitely return!!!!

As soon as we got to the restaurant they said they did not have any servers and that we would have to wait. There was literally only 2 people eating in the restaurant, after speaking to the manager he acted as if he didn't care about what my concerns were. When we got a server he was nice, but this location needs more better management, how do you open a restaurant and not have staff to serve your customers. All the food came over salted, server was in the restroom when I was, used the restroom and then left without washing his hands. Told the manager and he acted like he didn't care about what had happened, this place should be shut down until they can run the restaurant properly

Great flavors and service, low customer count between 530 and 7pm. Steak was cooked perfectly.

It's longhorn, it's expensive, and fortunately for this location they give exactly what is expected! Polite staff, great liquor selection, they even have higher premium bourbon selections like Gentleman Jack, and Maker's 46. The food is amazing and seasoned to perfection! Go here if you want to get something nice. You won't regret it!

Be careful going here. The waitresses likes to help themselves to your bank account if they don't like the tip you leave them and management covers for them. We went there for a celebration and the service was horrible. We waited over 15 minutes for the server Hannah B to greet us. It took her 15 minutes more to get our drinks to us. Mind you they were not that busy. We were ready to order and we're told that she would be right back to take our order. 30 mins later we had to ask if she would take our order. Food was horrible when it came out but we didn't want to say anything because we were afraid we wouldn't get our food fixed for another hour or so. We never got refills or anything we asked for. Hannah was very quick to bring the check out though. We paid and left. After a few days I looked at my bank account and noticed that there was $30 additional added to the bill. I went to the restaurant and spoke with Erin Love. She showed up the receipt and sure enough Hannah changed the top to $30 more than what we left. Erin the manager covered for her and refused to work with us until we told her we were calling the police out to make a report.

I don't eat at longhorn often because it is pricier than Texas roadhouse, but this one was so good I came back twice in same week.(first time was better than second, but both still good and hot food). My second one seemed to be entirely soaked in a fake butter taste. Possibly from the side of broccoli.

Great steak. Friendly server. Little busy when we arrived so we sat at barr for a drink waiting for our table to be ready. Bartender seemed preoccupied we were only people seated at bar. I did notice on my cc statement he added an extra dollar to his tip was not happy about that.

Use to be good, now you’re lucky if they get your order right, specially when you spend $30 for a steak that isn’t cooked how you asked for it to be cooked. Second time this happened and although the managers make it right I just can’t be bothered even returning anymore
