I have never had a bad meal here. Food is always cooked however I ask for it and wait staff is always spot on. Today I ordered a salad to go curb pick up. Thankfully I was eating at home and had dressing at home. This is a picture of the 2 cups of ranch they gave me. I even looked inside the bag to see if some had leaked out. It had not.
I went here Sunday with my family and whoever is grilling the steaks has NO CLUE what they are doing! I asked for medium rare and got a well done had them to it back an got basically the same steak! When I order medium rare it should be mostly pink inside with "blood" still juicing out, what they give me had NO pink at all. The only thing I like there anymore is the fried mushrooms IDK why but they do have best ones of those.
Great food and great friendly service. We actually got turned away from another restaurant because we had a party of 16. They gladly seated us as soon as we got there. We'll definitely be back!
Food is always so good and it doesn't take forever to get it. Especially the last two times we went, each waitress had a great personality and it showed through their conversation, their demeanor, their being very prompt and courteous. To me that is just as important as the food.
Food was delicious! Nice diverse menu. Bread is heavenly! The service was top-notch. Our server was so attentive and promptly to reply to our requests. We visited our lunch break. I hadn't visited in a while and was pleasntly surprised. I'll be visiting again really soon, for sure. See ya there!
The waitress was very nice and helped us with everything we needed very prompt almost never left the table except for to get us what we needed. This was a party of about 20 people so... She was really good, and she did obviously have to do quite a few trips back and forth, but she was very fast. Because the food is cooked in-house, they do take a little bit to make the food, but they are quite prompt with butter and bread for an appetizer.
Not my first bad experience here but wanted to explain something just to help people out! If you order a salad the servers make the salad, if you sit close to the open door you will see they do everything with there hands! Saw two different servers throw the lettuce and items on the plate but hands in pocket other places drop the plate off. The kitchen manager however did come to my table and addressed the issues of course help is limited. Beware of ordering a salad lol! No gloves or anything!

Wanted to sit at the bar have a beer & order something to go. Not allowed. Have to order to go food online & do curbside p/u only. Will never set foot in another Logan’s Roadhouse. Mediocre at best anyway.
First time at Logan's, visited a friend that brought me here, so glad she did. The food was great, the service was excellent and the staff gave a new meaning to southern comfort. Nighel made it extra special, he was so attentive and friendly it made the experience more enjoyable.
