How do u have the doors unlocked, but say the front line is closed, and will only wait on people at the drive up window? That is fine, but the last time we came they were out of cups, lids, chicken tenders, fries, green beans and certain other things. The employees were cussing each other out and blaming the other person for being out of items. One worker in particular refused to help get orders out to speed things up and kept telling them no and that those tasks were not his job! Unbelievable!!!!
Got a dozen biscuits and they was almost as good as my moms homemade biscuits. Tea was sweet like tea needs to be. The mac and cheese was cheesy like their supposed to be. And of course the mashed potato's was excellent as usual. Couldn't have asked for a better meal for the entire family. And was a blessing as we went there instead of cooking. Due to a death in the family.
Food was hot, just had to wait in line at a stand still for about 20 minutes
Mediocre at best. We went for the chicken sandwich and fries.The chicken they gave us didn't look like the one advertised, rarely does though. However this one looked smaller and grilled instead of fried. Fries were really good.Staff wasn't too helpful either. I went inside to order. No one else was in line but a few were in drive-through.Took 5 min for anyone to acknowledge me. And a few more for anyone to take my order.I get fastfood places are trying to imitate Chick-fil-A. But the secret is not a boneless chicken sandwich. The secret is quality in both product and delivery. This place didn't have either.Wouldn't recommend.But their commercials are fun!
I love their plain whole wings. I ordered the 5 piece plain thinking it would be just 2 extra wings but it was the single pieces and crazy hot.
One item missing on all three combos. Chicken was rubbery, I would suggest eating at Popeye's less than 100 yards away.
The drive-thru wasn't as slow as it has been in the past. I was disappointed that they didn't offer the fill-up bucket with the option to purchase 10 additional tenders. Since I needed more than the 8 pieces of chicken, I ordered a 3 piece of tenders. I wish I had looked at them before I drove home. When I opened the box the tenders were SMALL. They were the size of Chick-fil-A nuggets. I should have called them but I didn't want to drive 15 minutes to the restaurant, wait in the drive-thru line and then drive 15 minutes back to the house.They also forgot the sauce we requested. I am usually very happy when I get food from this KFC but this time it wasn't a good experience
Quick service, perfectly cooked chicken that was fresh from the pressure cooker, polite staff.
Fresh and hot food.
Food is always good there. Hot and juicy chicken. And you can get a quick meal fast. Have courteous people at the window. Enjoy the quick and easy meals.
