This was our 1st time going to Jets Pizza & they didn't disappoint. We got a large Eugene Special Detroit style pizza & s garden salad. Let me tell that ranch dressing was delicious ? & love the pizza. I don't usually do pan crust but it was so soft & then the bottom was crunchy like I like it.
Ridiculously small pizzas! $24 for a large ny style pizza that was very small, it barely fed 3 people. Will not order from here again
Best value anywhere - 2 slices and 20 Oz beverage for $6. Fresh, delicious, deep-dish pizza made fresh. Best quality for any chain pizza place
Found employee helpful and friendly. Pizza was good. Could of used a little more with toppings. Crust was excellent.
We used to love this pizza, it would arrive fresh and hot to our door, the crust was crisp, and it was so tasty. The past two times we’ve ordered, our pizza has arrived cold and soggy. Such a disappointment when you crave the flavor of when it used to taste good. I think I’m done with Jets for a while. If I’m going to eat a high calorie meal like this it’s got to be worth it. UPDATE: The manager reached out to let me know they don't have enough delivery drivers, so they've had to use Door Dash to deliver. Unfortunately they've been having bad feedback on the Door Dash deliveries but they have no control over it. I got a credit for my last order, which we have used on an order we picked up ourselves, and the pizza was just as delicious as I remembered it being. I'm increasing my rating for the great customer service and from now on we'll just order when we're able to pick up, or when they have one of their own drivers working.
This review is based on my first lunch visit to the Monroe Jets. The service was fast and friendly the store appeared to be very well kept. I ordered a couple slices of bacon, hamburger deep dish pizza. I loved the caramelized corners, I'll call the pizza excellent. They've really checked all the boxes and I'm looking forward to returning to explore the rest of their menu.
Best pizza in Union County hands down. If you haven't had it or heard of it go get a deep dish and then you'll understand. Being a Detroit native this pizza this is a staple and I was so happy to see one added to our area. Don't forget the ranch!

The pizza from Jets - love it. Very recently (as in tonight) however, this particular restaurant is now using DoorDash to Deliver. There was NO warning until I received an ODD DoorDash delivery message. What this means for quality, is that your food is no longer delivered in the “hot bags” for pizza delivery. Just had two cold pizzas delivered. As long as DoorDash is used for delivery, we will not order Jets for home delivery. SUCKS - as we really enjoy their pizza. Wasted money on Pizza Friday in our household.
Pizza was great, Greek salad was absolutely excellent.
