Ordered 2 pizza's, one with extra cheese (not inexpensive) counter person was provided my # to contact when order ready, never got a call, barely any cheese on either pie even though I paid the extra! See ANY cheese on the supreme?
This was our first time to Franklin Court Grille. We went on the recommendation of a friend and it lived up to the hype! Was impressed with their service from the get-go with their prompt and cheerful greeting. She was finishing with a to-go order but made a point to acknowledge us. (I love that.) Although the weather looked threatening we were able to enjoy the outdoor dining. It turned out to be a lovely evening. The outdoor grill was fired up so we took the opportunity to enjoy a New York Strip on the grill and the Cajun Chicken and Grits. Delicious. I wish there had been a couple more pieces of chicken. The grits (I got the mild.) were creamy and super flavorful. Their mashed potatoes were seasoned perfectly and their hand cut fries were addictive! Dessert (?) was Bourbon Bread Pudding and Chocolate Overload Cake! Oh, and y’all, there was live music!! He was killing it with his chill tunes and acoustic guitar. HIGHLY recommend the Franklin Court Grille!
The owner and wait staff were very pleasant and kind. The waitress was always on point drinks never got below half a glass. And the food was served in no time at all. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a grate experience.
The food is amazing, but the waitresses is all I can say is all about getting her table cleared for the next guest which I understand if the customer want there to watch the band . The people that had come to see me have told me numerous times how the staff told them they were taking up there tables, because they were sitting there watching me preform but buying drinks and food all night long but was hounded for nothing. I don't think a establishment that has live music would do that... just my 2 cents. All in all a great place don't get me wrong. I think they have the best burgers and fries in town!!
Great atmosphere and service. The food is delicious. Sauces are homemade and spectacular! They sometimes have live music which is always a plus. It was nice to sit outside and eat food while listening to a band perform.
We love this place!!! Best, sweetest staff. Owner is fantastic. Delicious food and warm atmosphere. Our favorites are the Buffalo bacon fries and their side salad rocks.... all dressings are homemade and incredible!!!
2nd day in a row returning to this place, my entire office loves it. The very FEW negative reviews are clearly people who just want to complain because they like to complain and feel entitled. Sad because that's what destroys small businesses. I absolutely love this place, staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful! Fresh food, hot and made to order. Honestly, the best place in town for a great lunch or dinner. Our office will continue to come back! NO I am not getting any special benefits for posting this review, this place really is THAT good.
Took the family here for dinner. Food was good and the service was good as well. We enjoyed sitting outside next to the fountain to eat. Would definitely recommend.
Wonderful date night in downtown Monroe. The loaded buffalo fries were superb! We both enjoyed our meals and plan to return soon.
Me and my wife are regulars here. The staff is awesome and the food is great. We highly recommend them.
