The presentation of the food isn't all that, but that is only because their focus is geared more towards flavor... and oh, what FLAVOR!As I stated before, the looks of the food is not that of which you'd find at Monterrey's, but the taste is amazing, and the chicken is better in the sense that you can cut your enchiladas with a fork due to it being so tender and more shredded than at Monterrey's, as theirs is a lot more "chunky", so just an FYI: be prepared to use your knife at that establishment!The four stars is for the overall experience, and I have deducted 1 star for the service; no refills were offered. Other waitresses came by our table eager to help out by removing the empty plates!!

Really great food... been going here since I was 21... I love the atmosphere and the people.
Better than the post office, rain sleet or snow! The rest of the city is shut down merely because there’s 3 inches of ice and slush on the roads, ridiculous. Walmart is even closed!El Vallarta OPEN!
Everytime we come here we get seated quickly our drink orders are taking right away. They have a great variety of dishes there's always something new on it so this is my favorite restaurant so far??
My family just loves this restaurant! The staff are great, Becky is our favorite she is super sweet and a great waitress the food is wonderful And we always have a good time when we go
WOW WOW WOW on the price increase.Its quite a bit more than any other resturant has done lately.Food is good, we enjoyed out while it lasted but its not affordable now.Thanks
Service was superb. Very quick with our food. Speaking of foodthe " Street Taco" was excellent.That is a taco with Steak instead of ground beef.The regular taco's are great also.Seemed to be a lil spicer than i had remembered. But since the pandemic hit, I haven't really been out to a restaurant to eat. So maybe my tastebuds have become a lil bit of a Wussie. lolAlso if you want a good meal at a fairly reasonable price than El Vallarta is a great Mexican restaurant to choose.Definitely a lot different and better taste than you will find, at your local Taco Bell also.P.S. My wife got the Taco Salad and she said the meat was a lil spicer than normal also.So, maybe they kicked it up a lil to boost the overall taste?Either way was still an awesome dining experience in all aspects.And under $30 also. Enjoy!!!!!!
Food was excellent. Service was fast and the waitress was friendly. Thanks to my sweet friend letting them know it was my birthday, they sang happy birthday to me. Lol :D
I was pleasantly surprised with the food here. Really good quality, and was very tasty. They could probably use a good deep cleaning of the floors, but overall great food. And I love the Palm trees too.
