This place isnt as good as it used to be. My chicken wrap was very soggy and my fries were cold.
I don’t think we will bother coming here anymore for wings. We have been here three times since they had opened. Every time I have been here, their wings are dried out and hard. The servers have always been nice, but their food has been bad.I would understand if we came in during the end of the day or something, but we have come in around dinner times.. when you assume they would have their best food, but this is never been the case. For a “wings” place, it is not good. I am giving it three stars because of the service, location, and little to no wait time (which might be a bad thing).
First off I want to say that our service was absolutely amazing. The reason I gave 2 stars has nothing to do with the staff at all as our server was very sweet and the people who greated us were incredibly nice as well. However the food was just not good. I used to love east coast wings but it seems they have gone down in food quality quite a bit. We got the beef nachos, boneless wings, and regular bone in wings. The nacho beef tasted fine but the cheese and toppings left much to be desired. The boneless wings were hard as rocks and the bone in wings were nothing special.The thing that saved this experience was the service and the drinks from the bar
Everything was great except the waitress never asked me about another drink. My son did get asked about his ice tea refill though.
Have never been so disappointed with a food order. Was really craving some buffalo tenders and when I received my take out order there was grease leaking out of the takeout box all over everything. When I opened my tenders, they were laying in a puddle of grease.
Enjoyed thoroughly both the food and service. Food is tasty. Very good spirited team at work. Hard working ladies deserve generous tips. I got extra good impression on how they accommodate an employee with a disability and help each other out! That's really impressive.
Good service but the food was just not it. Everything was either over sauced, or soggy or bland. Save your bucks, go to a better wing place.
This has become our favorite casual place to eat! The wings are awesome ? The staff is exceptional and management is top notch ??
They have been under new management for several months and East Coast Wings is turning around for the good. The food is good and the service is good
Great customer service. There was only one person serving everyone, and she did a fabulous job. Manager also came by to be sure everything was good.
