Came here after a long night of DoorDashing, just wanted one thing and the drive thru was slammed so I went to the window and they refused to take my order twice and kept telling me to go through the drive through even though they were taking other people’s orders, have a 45 minute drive home and spent 20-30 minutes trying to get food just to leave with none. Rude customer service as well.
This is it for me. They get mad cause you want your fries hot, then the whole order was mixed up. They have captains d's beat, I know I say in line for over 20 minutes, that is ridiculous!!
Wow, what a selection of milkshakes (by far one of the best places for a quick stop). Highly recommend after drinking! Food was good, not amazing but hit the spot.
Honestly, this is the worst Cookout I have ever been to. Tonight was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I ordered an Oreo milkshake with extra Oreo, when I got to the window the lady handed me my milkshakes and then immediately closed the window as I was asking for napkins because there was ice cream running down the sides of my cup. When I finally got her attention to ask for napkins, she threw them into my car and told me to “f off”. By the time I got home and checked my milkshake it was literally only vanilla ice cream with no Oreos at all. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at this specific Cookout.
Sunday Feb 6th noon. So you mean to tell me that nobody in the entire building had enough sense to put a sign up, a cone, a trash can or anything saying that the outter drive thru line is closed? These workers watched from the other operating drive thru window car after car pull up to the outer drive thru speaker and repeatedly yell at it trying to get a workers attention and then finally drive off! After driving off i see that the 2nd drive thru window has boxes in front of it and is obviously not operating(which you cant see from the drive thru line). I understand cookout does not pay these employees to think but this is a joke! These people do absolutely no more than they have to.
Waited on the drive tru for 45 mins the line barely moved, never got to the ordering window so I left, it was my first time going here and definitely my last, The ones in Charlotte are way quicker than this location, go to another location if you can, safe your time and money
Sat in line for over 30 minutes in the outside lane. When I got to the order speaker, no one ever came on. If that lane is not working it would be helpful to have a sign. The lane closest to the building was having no any issues but I was trapped in line. Not cool
Everytime my fiancee and I come to this location, there is always something wrong. Tonight has honestly taken the cake. The guy that took our order in the drive through wasn't paying attention to our order when we placed it. Then we were sitting and waiting on our food for about 15-20 minutes. The guy kept talking to the other workers instead of getting people out of the drive through. He took forever to hand my fiancees debit card back to him. This place needs a serious change. The other locations have better customer service..We ordered a double order of white cheddar bites and received only a single order.
The food is always good the service usually good for tonight going through the drive-through young man name Alex stood with his back to the window talking to other female employees for over seven minutes on my food was already packed sitting beside him. Finally he turned around smiled, took my money and gave me my food which had been sitting there getting cold then said have a nice night.
Don't spend youroneu here!!!!! This is the ABSOLUTELY worst cook out I have ever been to in my life!!! The staff is be beyond rude. They close the second drive through at random times throughout the day, regardless if there is 10 plus cars in line who have been waiting for 15 plus minutes. No sign saying they have to close a lane at a certain time or anything. The staff have been Very rude the last 4 times I have been there. If I have EVER talked a customer like that when I worked retail I would have been fired immediately. The one time no one answered me for 5 minutes when I was trying to place order and when I pulled around the girl tried to talk down and belittle me saying it was my fault that no one answered and that I should not have pulled around. What else was I supposed to do?!!? You need new management asap. Never again!!!!!!!
