Most of the time I don't have any problems when I order from here. My last visit I ordered barbacoa tacos online, arrived 10 to 15 minutes AFTER my order was supposed to be ready. Only to be told they didn't have barbacoa or crispy taco shells and I was also that I couldn't get a refund. At a previous visit they forgot to put the chicken in my chicken tacos. I eat here fairly often because I like Chipotle and this is the closest one to me.

If I could give zero stars to this location I absolutely would. I ordered a burrito bowl via delivery and the only thing that was delivered was a bowl of some chicken. No toppings as requested and PAID for. When attempting to call. Don’t bother the automation basically tells u there is nothing that can be done and won’t even allow you to speak with anyone regard the issue. This store is garbage
Not one person behind the counter was helping a customer, there were 8 employees, all of them looked like they were in training and it was chaotic. About 4 customers on line. I've been to this location for at least three years, the customer service and cleanliness has taken a downturn. The mens bathroom is never clean, the tea dispensers don't look like they are ever cleaned out, even though it should be done daily. The food is up and down, I've had a good bowl with fresh guacamole, and I've had one where the rice was hard and uncooked, and the beans were dry and crusty, and the guacamole was browning. Hit or miss here. Cross contamination is an issue, toppings mix, the surfaces don't get wiped and somehow the cheese crumbles always land in the other toppings etc. Might find another location!
This location consistently runs out of items but will still charge full price. No guacamole, no cheese. This was my 3rd visit and on 2 prior occasions there were missing items as well. Staffing has never been friendly or accommodating. Poor management.
I've made multiple orders online for delivery from this restaurant over the last six months or so. On numerous occasions, the order has been incorrect. Sometimes, it's just an inconvenience. Other times, like when I order tacos with a corn tortilla instead of flour because my daughter has Celiac disease, and I get flour, it makes the item inedible. It's impossible to contact the store directly and door dash doesn't do much to make things right. Not that they should since they're only delivering the food that was made incorrectly.

I received not fajita toppings, very skimpy on the meats and cheese. When I got home I added my own shredded cheese to my meal sense really all I got was a bowl of rice that I paid 12.00. The side of Queso cheese dip I purchased had large clumps of something in it which I still don’t know what the clumps are! Thank for letting me waste my money for terrible food!!! Greatly appreciated!!
We frequent this location often. Tonight we ordered and my daughter barely has any food in her bowl. This restaurant is far too expensive for this skimpy serving. We shouldn’t be able to see the bottom of the bowl :/
