My sisters, our mother an my Auntie and Uncle all went here to eat for Mothers Day. Our waiter Josh was really tryin his best with there only bein a few employees. The food was pretty good but they floors were dirty, like I am talkin bout FILTHY!! The service was slow and our food took a while to come, but we all were havin a good time an had some drinks, so we made the best out of it anyway, cause you kno how we do!!!! Haaahn!

The food is good but they are so short staffed only small sections are open. The servers were nice and stayed on top of things.
Omg! I should've walked back out faster than walking in and didn't. Was meeting a fried for a drink and to discuss business so I stayed. Bathroom didn't have toliet paper or paper towels. The floors of the restaurant were dirty and literally had trash thrown on them.With covid changing business up, I was shocked this restaurant wouldn't be in tip top shape to bring in all the business they could.
I didn't have the best experience because they gave my food to another customer so I had to wait for an hour. But the manager was super nice about it and gave me gift cards to compensate.
There was no one at reception, 10 minutes later a person came out to assign me a table. I improve a lot when ordering food, the waitress was attentive and cordial.
Stopped here on the way home from an out of town trip. Was wanting a light meal and a cool drink after a real bad day of traveling. The restaurant was terribly under staffed, the few tables they had open were full, so we asked could we seat at the bar. The nice sweet young lady bartender was hard at work. She got our drinks and order very fast and showed us GREAT service. I tip according to service and left this young lady more than usual, because not only did she give us good service but was working instead of seating at home receiving a check.
They told me 30 minutes it’ll be ready at 2pm. At 3:30 I was speaking to a manager about where my food is. At 4 I left with my food that only had chips, salsa, and chicken tenders with fries. My chicken tender is still pink and frozen in the middle. My bag of chips is half full literally looks like someone ate some before I received them. They didn’t include napkins or plasticwear to eat the food with. They are so cheap that the bought these horrible lids for the cups. Manager was rude and condescending and I cannot believe how horrible my experience was. Can’t believe I cannot write a 0 star review. But some icing for the cake I was one of 4 people complaining about what was going on in the Togo area. I thought after calmly speaking with the manager he would give a discount or a coupon but wouldn’t know you he scurried right back to where he couldn’t be seen. PATHETIC.
This past experience was awful. My husbands food did not look edible and like someone had picked through his food. It was also cold and had sides that were told could not be in the order. We called the store to speak with the manager and we’re informed they were busy and would send us a follow up email about our concerns… unacceptable.
We frequent this location because of how affordable and delicious the food is. For everyone complaining of the wait, it is not the server's fault that nobody wants to work right now. This location does seem to be short staffed like a lot of other places are at the moment. However, we have always had friendly service no matter how busy the wait staff was. They also tell you up front that there will be a wait if it is busy, but we don't mind waiting for their food because it it always worth it.
