I ordered two fruit cups and this is what I received. Very disappointed!!
This location does not do well done fries. I was allowed to order at the Drive Thru but was not told that I couldn't request my fries to be well done. I paid for my order and got to the window to get my food and noticed that my fries were well done. I mentioned this to the employee at the window and was told that they don't do custom orders like well done fries any longer. I asked since when and why wasn't I told by the employee at the Drive Thru taking orders when I placed my order? This employee said he didn't know why I wasn't told but they stopped doing those orders about a month now. I personally don't like their soft fries the way they cook them so I always ask that my fries be well done. I won't be going back to this location since I can't make a simple request like cook my fries a little longer please. And if they decide to do all Chick-fil-A locations like this, I won't ever eat at any location.
Every time I go they are out of big macs. last time I go to this mcdonalds!!!!!
The staff here is like a well-oiled machine. They get people in and out. The problem is the customers who keep blocking the cars that are trying to get out. People buy big trucks, but suddenly think they can fit in the smallest spaces. During the pandemic, they had someone directing traffic and they should continue to do that for maximum efficiency.
I always love the food but the only thing I hate about this place is that the drive-thru is always long. You got people trying to get in the drive-thru, people trying to get in to the parking for delivery or pick-up and it becomes extremely clustered.I understand that they trying to make the lines go faster by having employees walking up to cars and taking order which it does work for a while but the lines will always still be long.
They need to do something about their drive thru. I got into the line all the way around the building and by the time I reached the front of the building there was someone at my window wanting to take my order. I don't have their menu memorized. Maybe I'm the only one but I need to see the menu board to decide what I want. Maybe a bigger place or a double drive thru like the one in Indian Trail. Not going back there again.
The drive-thru line took longer than usual. At the one in Matthews they actually give you a card for a free sandwich if the wait is longer than normal. The food was hot and the employees were friendly. I would go there again because their service is usually faster.
They take the time to have a lady make sure you don't block the drive thru exit line...how about make sure she doesn't let the people from the drive thu line cut in front of everyone at lunch to make another order! Seriously the lady ate her chic fila ordered another meal while we were all still in line......but If you block the exit line that lady will make you reverse it....this location lacks in their traffic organization! I'll drive to Indian trail next tome.
My granddaughter loves the chicken minis, but unfortunately they stop serving breakfast items at 10:30 for some reason. We got there at 10:35 and they would not in any way shape or form let me order 1 pack of Chicken minis. So we got chicken nuggets instead. Great food, but have a little flexibility. Would be 5* if they would have been a little flexible.
