We waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru just to order. She never gave us a total, just said pull around. When we got to the window, they tried to give us 3 different orders.... none of which were ours. By the time we finally received our order, we had been there over 30 minutes, and it was cold. They were not very busy at the time either, which we certainly would have made allowances for. They were just disorganized.
Food is decent, service not so good. Ordered and paid for a plain double cheeseburger, got a regular... Not much meat there, reason for ordering double. Good customer service is hard to find. Last time I called to complain about my order so that the manager would know there was an issue, he called me a liar and told me I was wrong.WOW!!
I came here with my daughter after Church and although it clearly states it on this website that they're dine in drive thru and delivery. We were told that they were closed for dine in and only serving drive thru. Very disappointed.
Customer service drivethru was on point. Lunch time traffic is to be expected... But i tell ya, there is something.. that a pleasant smile and a simple thank you, just makes everything good. Great job

For once my order was completed 100 percent correct, everything was fresh and hot, drive thru lane went quickly smoothly, and even the employees I seen thru window seemed happy and focused..It's a nice change?
This place sanitation grade is 100.0 I rate that the best. They are very clean the food is cooked fresh the staff is nice and friendly and always helpful as to what the new menu items are and what comes on the sandwiches. Definitely a Burger King to visit

Really good quality burger king. It kills me to give it four stars, but they forgot my ketchup. Attention to detail counts. But this may be the best executed burger king I've been to in the Charlotte area.
