If I could give this restaurant a 0 star I would. I love BDubs, but this, is a joke. We are contractors from out of state and have come here on (4) separate occasions in the past month. Every single time with a different waitress. And every single time, I thought it couldn’t get worse but somehow it does, exponentially. This will be my last night dining at this establishment as I saw our waitress 2 times. Once for drinks. They came out in a timely manner. And once for food. Food came out in a timely manner as well. I ordered a drink, with 3 different waitresses and waited 20-30 minutes until my coworker got upset on my behalf and went to the bar only to find all of the waitresses, including ours. The bartender asked whose table it was and our waitress scoffed and responded “mine…” My coworker brought me the beer back from the bartender. The waitress was very prompt in bringing my check and also collecting the money. For the first time all night. Poor service. Terrible actually. If I didn’t have morals I would’ve left a 0% tip.
Used to be an awesome place. I gave this a lot of thought before posting this, even waited 2 days to think on it. I had the worst experience here. Got an attitude as soon as I walked in. The server was absolutely terrible. Ordered boneless wings food was out 2 minutes later. Problem was it was cold and you could see they had been sitting around for a while because the sauce was drying out (previous customers' canceled order perhaps? I hope...). I had to get up to find server so I could get silverware for my family. I asked for carrots and celery stick (supposed to come with anyway) but that was a problem and when we finally got them there were no more than 5 of each. Terribly disappointed. Don't think I'll be going back ever.
I would give 1/2 a star if I could. I was there almost 45 minutes saw the same 4 staff members, and they had a 30 minute wait an a ton of empty tables. Never once did I see a manager, I witnessed waitresses walk by 2 different tables a number of times, and never spoke to them. They both got up and left. I don't blame them!! I was placing a to go order. There was about 20 people waiting for call in orders, door dash orders, and orders placed there. The staff that we did see were all young teenagers who didn't seem to have a clue to what they were doing. I won't be back. They need better management and to work the schedules better. Cause why would you have 2 servers and 2 hosts on a Friday at 6pm. Fail BWW FAIL!!
This location continues to be a disappointing version of a great wing franchise. We used to drive into Matthews for the nearest BWW and always enjoyed it. Then were so happy when Monroe was getting one. Unfortunately it is almost always a coin flip on what kind of experience we will have. Even before the pandemic and supply chain issues, this location was never consistently good. Now the problems are amplified.We walked in last Sunday around 1:00pm and the restaurant had a smallish crowd seated, but had a group of people waiting just inside the door. There was nobody at the host stand and looking around the restaurant we could not see any BWW employees. I went to the restroom and then came back to the front and during that entire time there were still no employees ever seen. We decided not to stay.I do hope that one day this location will be as good as many of the others my family has frequented over the years because we do really like the food when it is prepared properly and when the service is on point.
Why didn't they have the Orange Chicken wing flavor when I was here?I ordered it and I was told that I no longer had it because of some sort of limited time menu item, and that maybe the menu just wasn't updated.Well the next time I went to my local Buffalo Wild Wings back where I live, I was able to get that flavor no problem.Were they just out of that flavor at this location?If you were just out, you could have just told me that.
Service is slow and all our food was cold.
The appetizers came out with the food, wings were late, tea was never refilled.
Unless you sit at the bar here you're not going to get prompt service or your order correct. I probably wouldn't recommend eating here just based on the high price of wings for what you get and the chicken sandwich was a bit of a joke because it was so small it could have been two chicken nuggets beside each other, and I guess Nashville hot means to very small reaper peppers. The bartender is extremely nice and very attentive though. I think if this place with staffed a little bit better food could get out of the kitchen quicker.
The first thing I love is great service but I been here 2 times and spend a generous amount . The waitress was rude and not anchis to help us fix or get. This was the worst service ever absolute 100 percent. Will not eatting or visit BUFFALO WILD WINGS AGAIN SO EAST COAST WINGS IT IS .
Horrible service on 3/21/22 at 8 pm. We walked in with only two tables occupied inside. Entire bar area blocked off. We were first ignored by the employee cleaning tables as he continued to clean. Then he went into the kitchen for another 5 minutes before coming out and telling us they are short staffed and can only serve wings and fries nothing else on the menu. I said really? He said sorry. We left and won’t return for sure. I understand short staffed but to not even serve the full menu to your few customers isn’t helping the staffing shortage cause it’s getting the restaurant bad reviews!
