This place is the best! If the lines are long it's just an indicator of how good the ice cream is, and it's totally worth the wait. Chocolate Oreo and Key lime pie are our favorites...Southern banana pudding should also be mentioned if you like a sweet treat. We had one of their birthday pies recently and it was so good! My husband will want one every year now lol
A Manager basically told me he wouldn't do anything about the Monroe location giving us the wrong ice cream labelled Carmel that turned out to be mint (yuck) and basically called me a liar saying they have never had the flavor I thought I ordered. It wouldn't be a big deal, but it was a quart/$9 worth!!! We won't be back to this location!
Best ice cream in CLT or Indian trail.This location has an outside covered area which is nicer than the other locations I've been to which are all uncovered. Plenty of places to sit.Service is fast and friendly. The staff wear masks. 6-3-2022
