I stopped in today to pick up dinner tonight. The manager Terry (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) took my order and ensured our food was correct. He even double checked if I wanted pickles on my sandwich as it was being made because I wavered on them when ordering. (I am not a huge pickle fan but sometimes will eat them ☺️).Terry was polite, professional and really comes across as caring about the customer and the food that comes out of his restaurant.We have a couple Bojangles near us, but this will be the one we choose from here on out.Thank you for a great experience.
Went to Bojangles on Wednesday April 6th [email protected]:00 p.m. order a large dirty rice which I did not get and the rice was watered down I mean it was a nastiest thing I have ever eaten I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and instead I get a spicy chicken biscuits I asked for a large fry and I get a medium fry never return back there again Plus I had a $5 gift card somebody gave me and the lady at the cashier said that if the gift cards not going through I come home call the number and they're still $5 on the gift card so yes the gift card was still good I called the number on the gift card and it said that it still had the amount that it was supposed to on there
I will never go to this location again. Whoever is running the drive through with the red braid in her hair is absolutely disrespectful. I’ve been in customer service for over 12 years and when I see employees speaking and acting to customers anyway it’s a complete turn off of my experience. I understand that everyone is struggling with finding good employees. But for someone to curse at guest and be disrespectful is completely unacceptable. To be She doesn’t deserve a job! I wish her name was on my receipt or I’d put her name on this review as well. Work on your employees, great training starts from the top!
So I went in and got a combo, I forgot to get a straw so I open the lid and took a sip. Right away I notice a red hair inside. Disgusting, don’t come in here.
Today's experience: No one answered the drive thru so I went to the window. Lady at the window said they weren't taking orders. I was picking up for DoorDash and she told me I had to go inside to get it. Okay. I parked and waited inside where they started taking orders at the window. Seriously? The service at this Bojangles is inconsistent. Saw staff watching videos on their phones. I'd say there are 2 women who are really pleasant to talk to and actually trying to get stuff done.
The woman working the drive through the last 2 Sundays at lunch time is extremely rude. I understand everyone has a bad day but she is no business dealing with customers. When I told my co-workers about my experience they said that they avoid that location for the same reason.
If I could give this place a zero, I would. Without a doubt the worst Bojangles or even fast food chain I've ever been to. The service was horrible if you could even find anyone inside to take your order because the front register had someone who had zero clue how to take an order or use a register. The place is also filthy and the front had no food out. When I finally received my order they didn't give me a bag or anything, just a box. I asked for sauce and the lady just rolled her eyes and got someone else to give me the sauce. That person then threw the packet down on the counter and walked off. 0/100 rating from me.
This place is just a hot mess.No mashed potatoes. No coleslaw.Gell me what you have then.Smh
Guess this is what bojangles is serving now . The chain has gone way down hill and this location has some of the most ignorant employees.
