Parking lot is full. 1 car has moved on past the intercom in the drive thru...we are ready to order and worker says we are not serving the drive through. would you like to come in? Quality and Service with this location has gone in the dumper. we just come from Urgent Care to get something to take with meds. if ur committed to not taking drive thru orders put a sign on the speaker. it just looks like there is no manager on duty so workers do what they want to do. The service was terrible. Went in to do a to go order stood there for 10 mins while they workers all stood around and talked about what they were going to do after work. They realized I was standing there and told me that the inside registers were closed and that I needed to go through drive thru. As I was walking out they proceeded to take an order from people that walked in. Will never go back to this restaurant. Too many other around.
First these are the size of the chicken tenders. I ordered a 5 pc and there are 6 tiny nuggets in the boxSecond, I ordered 2 meals and was handed the two boxes without a bag. I asked for a bag and held the boxes out for them to out them in for me. The lady handed me a bag and said “here you go” and them walked away. The lady behind her handed me my drinks and said not a single word. “Here you go” was all either of them said. Not a single thank you or come again was heard.There would only be 1 Star except the lady taking money seemed much nicer.
Ordered the 4 piece chicken strip meal combo. These are always so much better than the ones you order at a sit down restaurant because it's all chicken and not half chicken, half bread. With the seasoned fries and biscuit this meal hits the spot. ?
2nd time NO coleslaw. Chicken all pieces were not cooked completely other than 2breast were cooked completely and dry old. Maybe time to go back to KFC.
Awful customer service, no please no thank yous, personnel of first shift is very rude, pure ignorance!! Management needs to look closely who are they hiring, feels like I owe them something.
I traveled to Monroe, NC March 5th 2022 to pickup a wood planer with a friend. He had found a deal online and since I have a truck and lots of free time, away we went. After picking up the equipment and getting back on the road he decided to take us to Bojangles there. I was completely in awe of this location. The team worked together like a well oiled machine that kept the food coming and the drive-thru hopping. Everyone was polite, and we had a short wait time. We both got the new crispy chicken sandwiches (comparable to Popeye's) and I got mashed potatoes & gravy and he chose fries, and we both got Tea. Bojangles Tea is good if the recipe is followed! This tea was amazing (maybe I was a little parched, too). The sandwiches were hot, fresh & delicious. This location is now in my Top Five Bojangles location's for great food & service. There are quite a few interesting places in Monroe, so I might make another journey soon!
Should be opened and pretending to be closed so they do travel to make orders close to 10pm. Sitting here 20 till 10pm. Would have taken 5 min tops to make a Supreme combo. Not the first time this has happened.
This Bojangles used to have the best iced tea and customer service in Union County that for the last six months I would grade it a -1. you go through the drive-thru to place an order and you don't hear hi welcome to Bojangles it's what do you need. the ice tea is like sugar water. I understand prices have gone up but at least it could taste like tea I also understand businesses are short of help. Are these young people being trained properly or just throwing them in there and let them figure it out yourself. Very disappointed in Bojangles!!!
Listen- I am a very big Bojangles lover. But this ones employees are very bad. 1: I am a proud Muslim Woman, so when I went to go order my egg biscuit I was naturaly angered that I found beacon in it. 2: They didn't give me my change. If I could give it a 0 stars I would.
