The donuts were bland and the coffee was alright and the price was pretty steep. My daughter and I didn't even finish half of our donut.
I guess it comes down to what type of donut you like. I like light and fluffy donuts. These are very dense, almost bread like. They are obviously made fresh and have great taste, just not my thing. And for over 4 bucks per donut, I'm not feeling it
I liked them but the type of dough was not my favorite. Their frosting is wonderful!I tried:Milk chocolate ** 2Dark chocolate ** 2Honey lavender **** 4Key lime **** 4Amaretto ***** 5Honey lemon **** 4Cinnamon sugar **** 4Cinnamon bun *** 3Vanilla bean **** 4Salted caramel ***** 5I also wish that they had a filled donut. Their strawberry filled was out when we went. ?
These donuts were amazing. The cream cheese/cinnamon sugar is possibly the best donut combo I’ve had. It’s normally tough for a place to cook a yeast donut perfectly… but these were flawless
Their flavors are unique. There are the classics and the unique flavors. You have to get there early tho before they run out. Super nice staff too
I have always been a fan of the cinnamon roll here, but no longer. Stopped early Sunday morning just after open and my rolls as quite hard on the outer layer and raw - like actually raw - in the center. Very disappointing since they aren’t cheap!
The bought a few dozen donuts last week for our office and some clients. As always, these delicious creations were amazing! Immediately impressive when you open the box. And when you taste them- it’s a little a slice of heaven!
Great little spot - staff is always friendly and tons of donut options. Personally not my favorite kind of donut (I like them a bit simpler) but many people love them!
My sweet tooth was craving a fresh baked donut so I woke up at 7:00 in the morning to head to Yo Mom’s Donuts. Oh my gosh these donuts are so delicious. They offer so many creative favors and the donuts are huge. I definitely got my money’s worth. I hate that they are so close to my house because I might stop by there to often ?.
I'm so lucky that I found this place before I move to VA. Also thank goodness I'm moving to VA otherwise I'd eat entirely too many of these. The donuts are bakery quality. Huge, pillowy donuts with quality fillings and toppings. Their regular flavors are all exceptional - and when they say ganache, they mean ganache, none of the thin, sugary chocolate glaze stuff someone thinks might be ganache. Their specialty flavors, though, are absolutely to die for. I thought the London Fog (Earl Gray flavored) and Mexican Hot Chocolate would be my favorites until I met the Pimento Cheese. They are not kidding with that one. The donut is packed with fresh pimento cheese and glazed with pepper jelly. After trying that one I wished I hadn't gotten a mixed dozen and went for all 12 pimento cheese. They are drive up and pick up, though depending on location there might be delivery. The specialty flavors change weekly. You can see the flavors on their website and call or email your order so it's ready for you when you arrive.
