The cashier that waited on me had little to no customer service skills! She never said hi. I had to ask her for ketchup 3 times. When she finally gave me the ketchup she rolled her eyes at me like I was bothering her. I just don't understand why these people work at a fast food place if you don't want to wait on customers!!!I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. It was horrible! It was cold and the egg looked like it fell on the floor then they wiped it in dirt and then put it on my biscuit. That's the first and last time I eat breakfast from Wendy's!! Those potatoes that they serve with breakfast were so cold that I could have used them for ice cubes!! I can't say it enough, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE BREAKFAST FOOD!!!!!!
Taking a ridiculously long road trip and finally got to the hotel after a full day of driving, everyone is frustrated and tired and just wants food before we go to bed. I drop everyone off, get back in the car to drive over, and surprise, they're closed 2.5hrs earlier than what's posted online.I'm hangry but thank goodness I wasn't having an issue with blood-sugar or something.Listing correct hours online is such a small thing and it can make such a big difference. No comment on quality or service because I didn't get a chance to try it; probably never will.
Rude customer service, just waited 15 minutes to place an order, was finally asked what I wanted simply replied number 4 then was snapped back with a gross attitude, if you don’t enjoy or want your job leave, it’s disgusting to pass off your negative emotions to customers that end up paying for that kind of service, you will not get my money or time and I think corporate or the owner should reconsider who their entrusting with their business easily lost a 20-30$ order now think of the other people not leaving reviews, you do the math.. thanks I hope the employee or manager who was taking the orders tonight is shown this 11:50pm Sunday may 1st. emergency responder by the way ?♂️
The food was hot and fresh, and the restaurant was clean. You can't go wrong with Wendy's.
Service was great order was right, was disappointed with the fries, first time I've been that they changed them. Didn't like the taste of them, but that's just my opinion.
When we first started coming to this location they were really good about food and customer service. Lately, I don't know what's going on but its getting ridiculous. This is twice that we have went, ordered, and was missing something from the order or out the bag when we got home. Once they gave us the wrong food completely. Tonight she tried to tried to tell my husband he didn't have a drink when he did, as though I have to lie about a stupid drink when we just spentalmost $40 there. Mistakes happen and I'm not tripping off that but some mistakes may get caught if it was less playing around and talking to your peers and more focusing on what your doing which is the behavior that was going on both times my order was screwed up.
Mostly went smooth. Went through drive thru to order frosties. Only issue was they ran out of chocolate and couldn't complete order and had to make 1 vanilla. That's not my issue though. 1 of them they didn't have but about 1/2 of the cup worth and handed me a half filled frosty. Not to be rude but I didn't pay for half. I asked them to add some vanilla to make it right (not a big deal for me to just mix it up, not as chocolate flavor but we can work with that), and he seemed annoyed.I get that I had a large frosty order (2 large 2 small) and they're a popular item, but don't get annoyed because I paid for and you only half filled so i asked for it to be fixed.I wasn't rude, didn't make a stink, just asked to have it topped off to how it would be if they had been able to make as usual.Simple request, I paid for an item, not half. Other than that, no issue. Keep in mind, I don't buy food from Wendy's just frosty every now and then, but I've not had any issue otherwise when we've stopped through. And I drive over 20min out of my way to this location because the mint hill location (closest to me) is horrible. So that should tell you that I appreciate them and their service. They had a line wrapped around the building, and places are short staffed (plus product shortages etc). So I take all that into consideration and I appreciate they're trying their best. Also, I understand it was a bit late (9:35) when I got there after going to mint hill (9) and being turned away because they claimed they didn't have any frosties.Aside from the little frosty issue (more about the attitude than anything, but principle of paying for and not getting is a bit annoying), everything was fine. From now on I'll just make the drive to matthews location because they're far better in how they treat their customers and their service is better (even with snags).
Service was nice at the drive thru, but the food quality really disappointed us! Fries tasted like cooked in 'old' oil, soggy and tasted bad and spicy chicken sandwich was dry and way too oily! Not happy with the money I spend at the Independence blvd. Matthews location. Trashed half of the order.
The Wendys giving out hot and fresh burger's and fries. Great Service! The Bojangles next door wasn't doing any business.
Wow in a time like this Wendy’s of all places is holding up that customer service I mean long line for a reason there stuff is hot and good and correct no attitude at the speaker and I was literally in the line for 6 mins whoever is running that place you are doing an Amazing job !!! Probably the best fast food restaurant on that strip!! Ps the bun was perfect
