Super friendly every time I walk in, I’m greeted by everyone working. & fast service ordering 2 wraps and 2 smoothies.
The management here is super friendly. I spoke to Chilka and she was very accommodating. There was a miss-hap with my order and she addressed it immediately when it was brought to her attention.
Awful experience. My flat bread was cold, bananas hard as rock, and the customer service just completely lacked. When I asked/mentioned the banana issue and food being cold, the person helping me just says “have a good day”Don’t come here.
The worst Tropical Cafe I have ever tasted. Food was not prompt. Veggie wrap was wrapped poorly with tons of lettuce which was a little to brown. Smoothie was not good either. Customer service was very dull.
This place service is so slow!! I wish more than one employee made smoothies. We waited like 30 mins for one smoothie, the employee need to act like they care at least. They were taking their sweet time, wouldn’t be back again
i was waiting for a girl to finish making my two smoothies and instead of making them she went on her phone and was talking to someone on her phone with her airpods in. there is no reason two smoothies should take 15 minutes without anybody in front of me. management needs to make sure that people aren't wearing their AirPods on the line its bad publicity
Consistently delicious food, fast service, filling and satisfying :) I always get Bahama Mama, the Chicken Caprese, and the salt and vinegar chips. You can save some money by making a combo order. One drink, one food item, and one side. ~$12-13 for a whole lunch. I'm happy I went there today :)
Customer service is TERRIBLE. I waited 30 minutes for two wraps and it wasn’t even busy. I ordered two smoothies and the girl put so much ice in them they wouldn’t even blend. She started the blender THREE TIMES! She couldn’t even pour it from the blender to the cup. I told her there was too much ice and I would like her to remake it. Another employee suggested adding more water to it and if I still didn’t like it I didn’t need to drink it. I said I did not want more water added because it already had too much ice and the flavor would be non existent. Finally the girl started to remake the smoothie from scratch and still put so much ice the smoothie would not even pour out of the blender into the cup. I finally after 35 mins asked for a refund and the three girls there told me they could not do a refund because their manager wasn’t there. I said that was unacceptable and so one of them called the manager. She told me I couldn’t get a refund since there was no receipt so I suggested she put the two smoothies on a gift card because I definitely wasn’t drinking the garbage they made nor was I paying for it. I will never go back to this location. The manager was rude on the phone, the employees were rude and totally incompetent. ZERO out of 5
So, I enjoy Tropical. Never has it taken 6 more customers before me and a extra 20 min, twice at the same location with the same manager. I'm usually a very patient person. But being blantely ignored as a customer being a person who's worked in the industry is utterly ridiculous. If your looking for a snack later at night try to avoid sycamore commons location (It stunk)
This place is amazing they serve fast and fresh smoothies and wraps and let me talk about the cleanliness I have been to many other smoothies some of them are dirty as it can get!! Highly Recommend
