Terrible customer service by Angie. She started off with an attitude and then started whispering nasty things about me to other coworkers right in front of me like she thought she was being smooth about it.
Ayo went in today to get sum to eat. The workers were so nice and actually talked to me. Genuinely had a good time waiting in line to get my food. 10/10 service and also y’all’s food never disappoints so 10/10
I come here for the customer service your employees are awesome Angie always make me feel right at home and makes me smile or laugh before I leave she feels like family and the younger staff has been polite as well but keep them around and I'll keep your customers rolling in.
Pre-ordered dinner for my family online earlier in the day after lunch to be picked up at 5:15pm, get a call and message at 5:05 as I was leaving to pickup my order that my order will be voided and refunded with no explanation so I called and was told they were closing at 5pm due to a short staff and they were limited on their work hours. So your going to wait until the second to inform me of this when it should have been done alot earlier and my refund wasn't immediately returned to my debit so I didn't have enough money in the bank to go somewhere else to eat. It all boils down to poor management and staffing and I won't be back.

My family had the absolute worst experience at this location. We were yelled at by the worker because my kids sat at a table she didn’t want them to sit at, then she yelled at my husband. I was shocked!! She could have asked us and we would have been very happy to tell our children to move tables, but instead she just started yelling. I get people have hard days but to be yelled at for sitting at a table? Come on. Needless to say, we won’t be going back. Such a bummer!

Ngl read a review saying bad customer service bruh like you came at 9:20 and currently 9:00pm is closing time so its understandable why he has that attitude lmao anyways the food here is good and they were very patient with us and they complimented my sisters clothe pretty nice if I dont say so myself
