Came to this store at 9:18pm on a Saturday night. Sign outside says they close at 10pm on Saturday’s. Employees told me they were closed. Open signs were lit up. I plan on writing a letter to the store manager to inform him of employees turning away customers.
Terrible experience the other night. They don’t accept coupons which is ridiculous. The staff is rude, not friendly at all. So skimpy on making your sandwhiches. Prices are ridiculously high for the poor quality of food ! Will not be back.
I’ve eaten at quite a bit of Subways in my days, this one is by far the worst. Their clean facade on the outside doesn’t hide the ugliness on the inside. I decided to give this location another chance today thinking that the employee that I encountered was way gone. But, he’s still there and is as cold and smug as he was a year ago when I came in.I knew it wasn’t going to go well. He doesn’t look at you in the eyes and is so smug. I actually called about 15 minutes earlier to ask if they took coupons because the past experience they did not. I got the feeling that they are almost to good to take coupons. This employee did say they did accept coupons but today was the last day they were ever doing it again.There is a reason why this location is never busy. Hey owner, if you are reading this, you’ve got a big problem and apparently you don’t see it or don’t care. I’ll never come back to this place
The gentleman and I use that word very loosely is making sandwiches in your location with no gloves I’m sure the health department would love to hear about this. He has a nasty attitude and when people walk up to place their order her says and I quote what do want?? Wow is this who you want representing your company. I will definitely take my business somewhere else that is happy to have customers come in. I guess you enjoy paying your employees just stand around and treat people nasty. Don’t waist your time go somewhere else.
This Subway restaurant was down in Indian Trail North Carolina was very clean the owner was very cordial to help was really good everything was fresh just the way you like it!
This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever encountered the service was absolutely awful my bread was cold and hard the meat was stale the vegetables were limp. The guy who took my order didn’t look at me and wouldn’t take my money. Very disgusted with them. These are the people who want 15 dollars an hour. I THINK NOT
Very slow. Need more than 2 workers, especially Sat during lunch.

Food is good, staff friendly. The newer girls almost messed up my order but the senior staff member stepped in and got it correct.
This was my first time visiting this Subway and I had an excellent experience! The workers are pleasant and accommodating. The young blond girl, in particular, was very sweet and arranged my sandwich perfectly. I've never had a sandwich from Subway taste so good. Will be returning again!
