I was just knocking out some work when a woman came up and asked for help accessing the Starbucks Wi-Fi. I happily helped her out and had her online quickly (Use chrome/firefox, not internet explorer!).The Shift Supervisor, Jonas, saw what I had done and gave me a $4 gift card towards my next drink, which I thought was very kind. It is small things like this that make an international chain feel like a local dive.
shoutout to sofia, i’m very indecisive when it comes to my drink order and i wasn’t sure what to get today when i came in, i had to act quick because of the line behind so i asked lovely sofia to make me a customized random drink of her choice for me and i am so so glad i did. she made me one of the best drinks i have ever had at starbucks. On top of that her customer service and bubbly and friendly personality made my experience at Starbucks today a 10/10 experience. I will definitely be back for that order again soon. thank you again sofia!!!
I placed a mobile order through Ubereats for some beverages and cakes. As 3rd party apps usually do, they charge EXTRA for simple syrup. I was not exactly sure how to ask for my beverage sweetened (ice green tea) so I gave the store a call. I informed them that I placed an order and paid for one pump; however, I would like it to be a classic ice green tea sweetened. The barista informed me that with a Venti it comes with five pumps and that they are more than happy to do so. A+++ customer service.I usually go to this location on the weekends before work and it’s busy. However, the service is always beyond superb and they manage what they can with the on-going pandemic. Love this location!!
This Starbucks is a nightmare. I have waited 40 mins for two coffees before on more than one occasion. On one of those occasions, I was told by a barista that I shouldn't use the app on weekends due to high volume...?. The employees are inept and not very good at multitasking, which is a necessary skill when working as a barista. Hopefully this location gets new management because this place is a joke.
I regularly walk here after school and get some snacks. The staff/baristas are always kind and friendly. I enjoy my time here and always like to hang out with friends. Thanks so much for being a nice place to be and a fun place to hang out with friends!
In the area where straight sweet frog is and Starbucks stairs a huge mouse fest station someone needs to report it and get an exterminator up here other than that customer service friendly staff and drinks come out pretty much on time
Had a horrible time!!!! I placed my order on the mobile app at 7:41am. I got to the Starbucks at 8am. The entire store was full of people waiting for their orders. I asked the batista how much longer for order? The batista said there are 6more orders ahead of mine. The app said when I 1st placed my order it said it would be 8-11min. So, after I was there it would probably be another 16min for my order. Which meant I would have to wait a full 36min for my 2 items. I told the batista I would have to come back for it. I was already late for work. I do not understand how the app can say 8-11min for the order but really it's 35mins or more. I will go and pick up my order but, I am very very upset about the dishonesty of the time it took to get my order.
Had an absolutely excellent visit today. After a rough day at work(we are short staffed and I work in retail) I was able to unwind and felt comfortable. All my food/beverage needs were taken care of and the staff was EXTREMELY welcoming, kind, and understanding. Best Starbucks ever. Yes, there are locations closer to me, but I couldn’t imagine going to a different one!!
I dropped my drink on the way to my car this morning after having a pretty thought start to my day. I went back in to order another one and they gave me another one for free. It was a small gesture that meant a lot to me. Wonderful people, wonderful service, and I will definitely be coming back here.
Daughter order ahead of time. It was ready when we got there, less than 5 minutes. Coffee was great.
