Ronda was so nice. The attention to service is really good here. I just moved down from New York and was a bit intimidated to hang out and get some drinks here but honestly it was so inviting and really relaxed.Excited to keep coming down here and hanging out. This will be my go too spot.Edit: May 29thI still like coming here but the service is not very friendly or at least feels like as a new patron I'm not as valued as the long time regulars.
First time in NC seeing some friends. Drove 6 hours and they wanted to take us here since we love pool. Well we got inside and an old lady came and asked if we were 21 and over which we all were excited one that was 20...but we were not ordering any adult drinks just wanted to play pool....next to us there was a man who had a little boy no older than 8 there while the man is clearly drinking beer, more than one...she knew this child was in there but said the man was his guardian...ok??? We are adults....but we were continuously told we had to be 21 and up....and told we had to leave...so we left...while the intoxicated man was allowed to remain with the child. We are still in amazement ? they will not allow adults in but are fine encouraging child endangerment.
This place legit kicked out me and my friends because we had one person that was 20 years old and not 21 but they allowed a 8 year old kid to stay in there with his intoxicated father while they screamed at us to get out. Not sure how that’s fair. We weren’t ordering any alcohol at all. We were just some out of town people just wanting to play some pool. :/
Best pool hall I've found in CLT. Watch out for league night. Pretty busy and decently priced beer and liquor
Patrick is an outstanding bartender. First time I met him. He introduced himself, remembered my name, and kept the beers coming.
Been many times and always had a good time never had issues but we went yesterday and the old lady at the bar was quick to kick us out because my stoned friend "seemed to drunk" when he walked by returning from the bathroom passing the bar he barley accidently kicked a stool that was sticking out. Can't even make a simple mistake She was quick to turn to me n tell me I can leave to when I was perfectly fine getting ready to set up our table,, Obviously she does target younger people because they always have alot of older drunk people walking around acting a fool . Guess il just go back to smokin cue.

Great place to play pool. Lots of tables and plenty of days for leagues if your interested. Tables are in great shape and felt is smooth. Food is great up and down the menu.
Probably the biggest pool hall I’ve ever seen! There are so many tables it’s almost absurd. The tables are clean, tend to have loose/forgiving pockets, and have felt with significant travel that takes a sec to get used to.My favorite thing about this place is the mixed crowd and how lively it was. On a Friday night this place was bumping with seemingly every demographic ranging from college students to the typical pool crowd. The vibe was safe, friendly, and spacious.The food was typical bar food for what you’d expect from a pool hall. Service was good and prompt.
