Staff was nice and both wore gloves! No mask is required at this location
I ordered 2 double protein chicken bowls and 1 plate tacos. When we opened the bowls we realized they didn’t give any guacamole or 2 servings of chicken.I called the store to tell them that they had forgotten and they might want to be careful next time. First they tell me no we make many bowls we exactly know what is suppose to go in what. I told I wanted to let you guys know that you forgot stuff , if you want I can send you photos. He told fine send and hung up. I don’t know where to send it.I know people are overworked and all that. But that doesn’t mean customer is always wrong and you need to treat them rudely. You are working and if you do something wrong you will get feedback. You cant snap for that.
I’ve gone to this location many times as it is near my house. I’ve experienced queso that taste like dirty dish soap. Even the worker commented on the bad taste. Recently the guacamole has a brown color and the jalapeños look brown too. I went a couple weeks ago and had to wait almost half an hour because everything was out of stock. I’d recommend going to another location.
Nothing is worse than paying for food that is absolutely terrible. I eat at a lot of these burrito joints. This is one of those that train their employees to scoop small to the point of confrontation, asking for more of each and every thing.
When I was able to order the food was fine. The last 2 times I attempted to order I wasn't able to for whatever reason on the app. When I tried to call and place an order I'm being told that I have to place it on the app. I go inside and still being told to place it on the app. If you want people to order online fix the website!!!!
Food and staff are nothing to write home about….never a bad experience however!
This bug crawled up out of my food. I called and was offered a free entree, as if I'd ever want to consume food from this location again ??

Donovan was an amazing help! I was on a time crunch for a meeting that had already started. We hadn’t ordered enough food, feeling stressed, I stopped by Qdoba to pick up catering. Donovan greeted me at the door, embodying leadership, great communication, intentionality and helpfulness. Qdobas mission statement is “We believe every individual makes a difference and that even the smallest detail or act of kindness can make someone's life a little more flavorful.” Donovan did just that; Thank you.
Made an online order 1 hour in advance, but it was not ready till 15 min after the pickup time.
