Some of the Employees clearly don't want to be there. Wanted to go behind the counter and make my own food!! Chicken quesadillas where good. Nothing like the picture tho soggy not crunchy.. we also got a beef bowl and just so inconsistent with quantities. A drop of this a big handful of that tons of this a pinch of that! It's ridiculous how stuff is not measured out.. like a spoon full or cup full. Just very random. I guess in my opinion all of these places like this have the same issues! You have a 50/50 chance of getting a good meal..
There are currently 3 employees working the front on 3/26 around 4:20pm, a male & 2 females. The male, friendly as can be. He exemplified the meaning of customer service. He was warm and welcoming. The other 2 females were the definition of miserable. They were the complete opposite of what you should be working a customer facing food industry. If they’re that miserable, they should look for another job.
Dropping to 1 star from 5. Current employees appear to have never made a burrito before and the ingredients are prepped very poorly/taste old.Beyond that, chicken was burnt/hard/cold. Rice was luke warm and mushy, somehow the outside of the burrito was covered in a red sauce that I didn't order, the cilantro wasn't cut, just full on cilantro plant stem, and the soup was barely warm with soggy tortilla chips and what looked like sour creme from a tube that didn't blend because the soup was cold.Maybe it's just the Sunday lunch crew but that was a terrible experience and we won't be going back anytime soon.

The workers were so nice and so helpful, the food was really good I really enjoyed the steak quesadilla I got. Go Qdoba!!!?
Huge shoutout to the Matthews Township staff for coming in early to prepare lunch for our hardworking teachers at Stallings Elem. Lunch was delicious and the service we received was top notch. Thank you!
Really like the chain in general. This location is friendly and fast. However food portions over the last 6 months have really decreased. It is half the size it use to be every time we go.

I have been here a few times and had good experiences but tonight the servers were a little rude to my kids. Also, I was surprised they wouldn’t take a large bill.
