Did not take cupons from local school fundraiser even with there address listed.
Food was good, but no buffet, no tea, and it was cold in there. I can see doing away with the buffet because of food cost now a days, but to not carry tea????
Another reviewer described this place as a "hit or miss". My experience with this store has been a complete miss. The first time I ordered, it was from the website. The store manager called me and said they had no drivers. Apparently their site is incorrect stating delivery was available. It's almost 2020 and they don't tie their clock in system with the website driver availability... I use to work for Pizza Hut when I was in high school and that store had cross trained employees so an available manager, cook, or waiter would deliver when short of drivers.
Pizza was good but they told us they couldn't deliver to us and we're only 6 minutes away. We ended up having to pick it up, but overall the food was good.
The gluten free pie is actually pretty good.

It doesn't deserve any star if i give star will be minus 5 star poor service and delivers arrive after hour and half when they said just 50 minutes to get my order also my pizza came incomplete ..it doesnt look like they even wanted to do my order right .
This Pizza Hut is the worst and does not deserve any stars. Poor management!! On Sunday 9/8/19 I ordered a Pizza online at this location. At 5:35 pm I received an email confirmation of my order which said my pizza would be delivered at 9:35 pm. I was not waiting 4 hours for a pizza and I immediately called the restaurant. I got an automated message which put me on hold for 10 minutes then disconnects me. I tried three times more, with the exact same result. I then called the corporate number, and got a Rep but the Rep could not get through to the local restaurant either. She said she would cancel the order and have the manager call me and refund my money. It might take 2-3 days to process. After 3 days go by and no word from anyone, and no refund either, I called the restaurant during the day and not during the lunch rush so an answer would be likely. A worker answered and said the manager was out running errands but she would have him call me asap after I told her my story. By the way, a pizza was never delivered so obviously the order was successfully cancelled. Today is 9/17/19 and I have not heard one word from this manager. What a coward and no wonder you have so many bad reviews. People do not go there or order online! Trust me. I had to call my CC company today to dispute the charges. So I will get my money back. Unbelievably horrible service.
Without your buffet your place is losing business . And your place is run down.
Online order was supposed to be ready for pickup in 10-20 minutes. Currently at 45 minutes and still waiting while writing this review.
