I had an online order that I had an issue regarding delivery (issue was DoorDash, let’s be honest). I called the store and spoke to Shelia, who was the manager on duty. She not only fixed the issue but went above and beyond to help me. Currently being at home with COVID, delivery was my only option.. and it was super frustrating having this issue. Thank you so much, Shelia, for taking great care of me - and the food was delicious!!
The food is almost always good but I would warn everyone that is planning on ordering ahead through the app that they almost never reserve their baked goods for you.I've ordered bagels in the afternoon to pick up later in the day and pretty much every time, when I show up to pick up, they tell me they have sold out of the item that I bought several hours before. They also don't provide any kind of notification when they do sell out so you're kinda screwed.I'm not sure if it's an issue with team communication at this location or if their app is not good at telling the store about orders ahead of time, but it's a serious issue that I hope they figure out soon.
The loaves of ciabatta bread are smaller - the crease in the bag that allows it to expand doesnt even do so!
Saturday, March 26, 2022 I ordered $4 americano around 7pm. I was looking forward to having a nice cup of coffee with some warm Krispy Kreme donuts that I just purchased. However, I was very disappointed to receive a weak, almost watery, lukewarm to almost room temp cup of “coffee”. In general I like Panera but on this occasion I would have been better off getting coffee from McDonalds.
Man where do I begin the young man that had dreads was so sweet he was a cashier I've never been there before and ask him suggestions and told him that I had a patient that had no teeth elderly what kind of soup would he recommend it's not too spicy he offered the soup and sandwich special I love the barbecue chicken sandwich my patient absolutely loves the broccoli and cheese and he just offered me different offers told me about the membership card which I still ain't activated sadly and I've been there like five times if he's there when I go in he automatically knows what I want to order or when I walk into pick up my order they all know who I am now but they're friendly faces and just wave and hey how are you know blah blah blah very super nice people and the first time I didn't know what to do besides after I order in the manager was out there explaining it to other people and he said here's my order thank you for coming and when I explained it was my first visit he's like welcome thank you for giving us a chance and I look forward to serving you again soon couldn't ask for anybody better to be running that place the staff is wonderful managers wonderful
My pickup order was late and on top of that, I decided to try the new chicken sandwich which tasted good but the presentation wasn't not that good. The sauce was all over the top of the bun instead of in the sandwich.
Always a pleasure. Fresh products. Had a quick bite with a friend. Enjoyed Turkey Chili...just the right spice.Wish their menus were clearer regarding $5.99 pick two.
Carina’s customer service was extraordinary! She helped me understand the menu and helped me decide what I would get and it was delicious! She greeted me with a smiling face and a very warming welcome to Panera! Definitely will be back and I hope I am able to be served by Carina again!
Nice place and food is always cooked well. A little costly for anything other than breakfast. Seating is plentiful and cozy. The WiFi here always gives me trouble connecting and I have to use my hotspot (Panera places across the US vary widely with this issue). I hate the parking at this particular place. Most spots are for compact cars and regular parking feels smaller than normal. You can park across the way in Target's parking lot for larger vehicles like pickup trucks.
Love this location. Stopped in for my fav Greek Salad and also got the world famous broccoli cheese soup. On ckecking my order still in the store I was given a Cesar Salad and the order was corrected and I got a keep the Cesar Salad which I gave to my Son. The location always give GREAT service.
