Love the burgers here! The potato buns are so amazing. The service is nice. The prices are little high, but coming on occasion it is always a delicious treat.
So this wburger joint was quickly added to our favorites list. The staff is friendly and prompt to help. Our burger was juicy and flavorful. The fries were very hot and crispy. I love a good milkshake and Mooyah delivered!
Oh man!!! Cheeseburger with applewood smoked bacon! French fries! Homemade chips! Mint chocolate chip shake! Heaven on earth! Have wanted to try MOOYAH for a while and finally got the chance! Y’all. Gather your people and GO THERE! The burger was cooked perfectly, a little moist which I love! The fries were homemade and delish! And I can’t talk about the shake and chips! There are no words to describe them!!! Go there. Eat, have a shake, and you will be merry!!!
The best burger place we've been to since moving to Charlotte. The best sweet potato fries I've had at a restaurant in a long time. They were not geasy at all. Will definitely be back.
This place is garbage, overpriced food. Forgot beef patty and waited 40 minutes for one burger. They said they would cook the extra beef patty quick for me but I waited 10 minutes and I looked over the counter and there was nothing on the grill. How can you forget twice? Place sucks If I could rate it lower I would.
Man, we went here for a late dinner last night and they had burgers at half price! The burgers were very good, but the milkshakes were lights out good… In fact, one of their workers accidentally made us one extra shake – a mint chocolate chip shake that was beautiful and delectable.
I don't usually write reviews, but my experience at Mooyah was just so amazing that I had to share it!!! Came here for the first time after a few friends said it was good. decided to bring the family with me for a nice dinner outing. They seemed understaffed... only 2 employees in the kitchen, and one was out cleaning tables around the dining room. One employee from the kitchen walked over and greeted me polietly and asked how I was doing. He was very kind and responsive to the questions I had about the menu. Table we sat at was freshly cleaned. The wait for our food was a bit longer than expected but since they were understaffed it wasn't a big deal, especially when our food arrived. I had a burger just cheese and ketchup, my husband got the queso burger, and the kids got a burger and chicken tenders. well worth the wait because the food was delicious!! Anyone who leaves a negative review for this place must be craazy because this was the BEST burger and fries I've ever had and the customer service was out of the world amazing. I am definitely going to visit here again!!!!
Four of us tried to eat here last night around 8 pm. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes where we could clearly see three people standing behind the door just looking at us. The only worker cooking in the front opened the door and told the workers we were waiting even though he knew they could see us. They made us wait for a few more minutes before coming to the counter. The man who came to the counter told us they closed in 10 minutes and could we take our food to go. The door said the restaurant closed at 10pm on Saturday. We declined to do that since there was a restaurant full of customers sitting and several workers that just looked like they didn’t want to be working. There were at least 10 people waiting in line behind us when we left.
Came here on Valentines Day with my husband around noon. We walked and were greeted warmly by the cashier. The place was clean and there was only a group of women in the dining room. We placed our order for two burger meals and two chocolate chip cookies. The tops didn’t fit the cups (another customer came in afterwards and struggled getting his top on until I told him they just don’t fit). The dining room was clean however all of the booth seats were torn and they all had duck tape as their fix. When our food was brought out the fries were hot and good but the burgers not the best. The patty itself didn’t have flavor at all; they tasted like just plain beef and looked like they just had been smooshed to be cooked quickly. The buns were toasted but so cold in the middle like they were frozen! Every bite from the bottom bun was ice cold. I attempted to bring this to two employees attention. The first attempt was with the cashier but she had several customers walk in as I was speaking with her and I didn’t want to 1. Make other customers aware to the problems and 2. Hold up the customers from placing their orders. I told her I’d wait for her while she finished but it was a lunch rush so I went back to our table after standing there a few minutes. My second attempt was with one of the other employees when they came out to deliver food and I stopped him to ask if he was the manager. He informed me he wasn’t so I just let him know about our experience with the food and he stated “oh ok. I’ll let them know. “ my husband and I sat there for another 25 minutes or so thinking someone would come over and no one ever came to speak with us. No one offered to remake the food or offered to make it right. The chocolate chip cookies were so hard and not fresh; they tasted like they had been there for at least a few days. I really wanted to give the staff the chance to make things right and not post a negative review but it didn’t seem as if they cared.
It's good. Lots of selection to build your own burger, lots of vegetarian options as well
