We are from out of town and are visiting family here. I ordered for the whole family and was very disappointed. The soups were good and how can you mess up egg rolls but the beef teriyaki skewers were awful. They were burnt to a crisp and dry as sand. It's hard to understand if they have any quality control at all how this could happen. Also we ordered chicken skewers and received beef instead so we had two burnt beef skewers.Would recommend you try other Asian restaurants.
We come to Ming Fu consistently but after tonight that will change. The waitress (Melody) that waited on us barely spoke to us when we sat down. We ordered appetizers & 2 glasses of wine. She never came back to our table!!!!! A gentleman came to bring our rolls & ask if we needed anything. We let him know we wanted another egg roll & crab Rangoons, but our waitress never came back. He was nice enough to put in our order. She brought out our order but never asked if we wanted anything else to drink, our glasses were empty! We ate our meal with no drink & even had to flag her down to get our bill. Very disappointing & horrible experience. There are to many other good restaurants to deal with the lack of service!!!!!!!
The sushi is great, the kids loved the fried rice and you get alot of food. Reason I can't give 5 star is because just like everywhere else they seem to be understaffed, I don't have a problem with it, but I know someone would complain about it.
Best Pu Pu Platter around. Plus they have gigantic soup bowls, all freshly made. I usually have a sake with my dinner. Worth a visit.
Fast, friendly, attentive service. Amazing food. Reasonably priced, extensive menu. ? Will be back soon!
We had the best pineapple chicken dish … the service was fantastic.. all the staff was following safety guidelines.. we met Jennifer ( owner) .. very nice and hard working .. this was our 3rd time in 2 months and the food quality was fantastic….thanks
Great food, good service. Can be a great date place or somewhere to grab a quick bite! Either way, worth the time to stop in and check it out!
Tuesday 12/28/21 Sad to leave a negative review... I took my company party of 5) for dinner after enjoying a drink @ Seaborad waiting for Ming Fu to open. We were seated & placed our orders.2 dinners arrived 30 minutes prior to the 3rd dinner .. & 3 of us were completely finished eating before the last 2 dinners were delivered. No explanation or apology was given ... & when I mentioned it to the woman at the register ... (manager or owner wearing a red & black Buffalo plaid sweater) she quickly took our money and didn't even say thank you. I'm the daughter of a former restaurant owner & it saddened me that she clearly didn't care! I'm a local but won't be back. ?
Called them 4 days before to see if they had a opening for a party of 15 people. As we have done for the last 8 years minis last year. So the person told me they had a 6 pm opening for us . So we all got there on time and them know we are there. So as we wait i see that they have like 20 + to go orders then i walked to see if table is ready .. As the family asked what is going on with are spot .. They seemed to care more about there to go orders more than us. So after about a hour waiting we left and will never go back there again!
Some of the best sashimi i have had. The orange tofu was also awesome perfect place for a date night!
