Literally ASHLEY B. is hands down the best server! She provided optimal customer service. Kept the coffee refilled, brought our orders out in a timely manner, and had an overall amazing attitude. Thank you SO much!

Update- In response to the reply... no worries, you can't win them all. Maybe it was just an off night. The service recovery was excellent.Go for the service. Not gonna lie, the food was not great the 1st time... my meatloaf and green beans tasted like a Kid Cuisine frozen dinner except there wasn't even a weird little brownie. It was bad y'all. But the server was super friendly and gave us a recommendation for a steak and scramble bowl and cheesesteak that was hitting just right. I would return for another recommendation, but I probably wouldn't be brave enough for another blind pick.
The food was good. Even though I got my food to go. I would recommend this place to other people. I would personally recommend the Meatloaf and Fried Chicken.
Moved from Jersey and wanted to find something with the diner feel. Tried the various other recommendations and this one stood out. Their food was excellent, big portions and they even have alcohol like back home. Definitely check it out.

Easily the best fried chicken in North Carolina and hands down the best checked and waffles I've had. The sweet and spicy sauce makes it. The San Francisco Benedict is also a crowd favorite. This small local diner is definitely a big charm with good old fashioned hospitality. The lower wait times also make it worth the drive our of the city.
The shrimp and grits were very good. I would order it again.
I ordered the club with fries for my myself and the chicken and waffles for my daughter. The food is basic diner dishes but pretty good for the price. Our waitress was nice but barely checked on us until she assumed we were close to done.
