Worst drive through "order takers" in history. What happened to manners and politeness? The last few times I have been through there I am greeted with "What can I get you" at best. One day the person on the other side of the speaker mumbled something I couldn't understand. I asked what he had said and the response was another mumble. After you place your order the most you will get from the person behind the speaker is "Pull around". Never a "Thank you" or "Your total is...". I guess the folks on the other side of the speaker don't realize that it is the folks in the cars that are responsible for their pay checks, No Customers, No Income, No Paycheck.
Manager late shift was extra nice although they for got part of our food it was pretty dead that late and tho I mean to leave a positive review let me ponder with it being late and no other traffic wonder why they couldn't remember three 4 piece nuggets large tea cup of ice and 1 double cheeseburger ..?? We made a fast trip back around and food was fine and I'd probably choose it again if in the area...
Everytime I go to this McDonald's they get our order wrong or we are missing half of what we asked for. My husband found a hair in his food. The chicken nuggets were cold and tasted old, my children wanted ketchup on their cheese burgers and they didn't get it. My husband wanted his cheeseburger plain and he got it all the way. Honestly I wouldn't complain if it was just a one or two time thing but it's EVERY SINGLE TIME. PLEASE DO BETTER. It is so annoying going out and paying for something and not getting what you want! My husband works on the road a lot sojust eat at home isn't always an option.
Place is great. You can tell new management has done a great job !
We live right around the corner from this location and throughout the years continue to see a decline in service. We don't go here often but the times we have its always a headache. Their frappe and Ice cream machines are ALWAYS down. They are always out of chicken biscuits and they will skip you in the drive thru line even even when they are not busy. Maybe it's just our luck to have bad service the few times we go every few months.
The women who rang us up at 6am was the nicest lady! We got great service at this location and the food came out super fresh! Love this location highly recommend it!
The guy in the 2nd window on Lawyers Rd, handing out food in the morning is a mute. Never speaks, never thanks you!! I even asked him for some sort of appreciation. He just looked at me. Duh, what do you mean?
Never coming again, very slow and cares only drive thru, seniors waiting kids waiting unacceptable not coming again! Waiting 30-45 mins never again! Unmotivated workers understaff but whatever
Order two teas on the electronic board. Order goes to serving right away. No one out front serving though. After 10 minutes someone shows up takes other orders and delivers though. My order still in serving status on board. 15 minutes ask the manager who walks away without a comment and tells person up front to get it. Screws the order up anyway. Kind of hard to do that with 2 hot teas. 20 minutes for all that. Worst McDonald's experience. Find another place to eat!
The worst coffee! Hot water with cream! I get coffee there at least 3 times a week, last few weeks every time it has no taste,Mcdonalds used to have the best fast food coffee,1 in my last 8 visits have actually tasted like coffee & not hot water. Went this morning & same lousey beverage,I won't even call it coffee. Very dissappointed!!!
